A.Highly recommend! The planning and booking process was flawless. We had the most incredible and amazing time. They tailored the trip to exactly what we wanted and more. Kirsten was amazing she kept the communication up even with the 11 hour time difference. She found us the best aces for every activity like sky diving and the bungee jump. Her attention to detail really made our trip, from the car hire to the bathrooms to the journey lengths. They helped us with every aspect of our trip and even gave us food recommendations for where we stayed. She also gave us a heads up when we were going to areas with limited or no shops so we could get some food on the way. They were reachable during our trip and even after. Honestly if I could plan every trip with them I would! They planned us a route which gave us great drives and loads of places to stop on the journeys.
P.I booked with NZTO for a 12 day South Island self drive trip. I had an excellent experience with NZTO. They were very helpful and efficient in handling the bookings and last minute changes. I will surely recommend NZTO to anyone looking forward to a holiday in NZ.
A.Thanks for organising our trip. I went flawlessly. The highlights of the trip were the Hahei Explorer, Hobbiton, Te Puia and a delicious Hangi dinner. The Huka Falls Jet Boat and the Glow Worm caves. definately going to book again in the future.
V.To re-enforce Aaisha Shah's review, I am her partner who traveled on the trip with her. New Zealand Travel Organiser were brilliant, the service we received is the best I have ever received from a travel organiser. With an 11 hour time difference, they still made themselves available on email and even the phone to discuss our requirements to make sure our trip is perfectly tailored to our needs.
Kirsten was fantastic and made all our travel plans and ideas a reality, the entire process was seamless. We took receipt of all pre-paid travel vouchers and a comprehensive PDF itinerary document, the itinerary was filled with tonnes of useful information, great tips on places to visits in each location. All of which was over and above our expectations and made the trip that much more memorable.
We experienced a change to our original itinerary due to some unexpected damage caused by weather on a road we was meant to drive through, New Zealand Travel Organiser advised us of this situation in advance of us departing in the UK and re-arranged our itinerary and accommodation with limited time to overcome this unforeseen event, whilst ensuring that all our requirements and activities were still catered too. Further showing how pro-active, forward thinking and professional they were.
We was so impressed with the service provided, whilst in Wanaka we took the time to pop in and personally show our gratitude and thanks for the service.

G.our consultant Nicola arranged a fantastic 31 day self drive trip itinerary for us , including some tweaks I requested. Everything went very smoothly on our trip with everything pre arranged by Nicola. The standard of our accommodation, vehicles , tours etc were as expected with no problems encountered. B.Simply outstanding … New Zealand … the country, people and New Zealand Travel Organiser. All I had to do was request for help with a holiday and then, Kirsten took over - stayed in touch till an itinerary was confirmed that my wife and i liked and she made it happen really well for us. From the smallest of things (late check out / change in a certain tour time owing to driving) to the biggest … everything was taken care of during our self-drive trip across the South Island. T.NZ Travel Organiser made booking an exciting and wonderful itinerary simple and easy. We had our five kids ages 8-16 on this vacation with us. They LOVED it! Highlights included bungee jumping, helicopter tour, zip-lining, jet boat ride, Milford Sound, and incredible scenery everywhere we looked.

r.Probably the best agency to book your tour for new zealand. The Indian travel companies had no clue about the hidden gems of the place. Albeit you would have to pay a few extra bucks, your experience would definitely be premium. Hotels, site visits, rental cars, itinerary, everything was perfectly managed and was as promised. I would recommend them to every person travelling to new zealand. Our manager Nic was very professional and helped us at every point in our trip. I guess that's the charm of booking the tour from the locals of the place. I don't think that our trip could have been better planned by anyone else.

K.We booked our 3 week holiday with New Zealand Travel Organiser and found the consultants very helpful and knowledgeable about the best sights to see. Extra experiences were booked in advance for us which saved us the time and energy of booking these for ourselves. Our accommodation was always within walking distance to the town centre and all accomodation included a self contained kitchen and the rooms were very comfortable. D.Using NZ Travel Organiser was the best choice I made, I worked with Nic to personlize & customise our experience to suit what we wanted to see & do and which places we wanted to visit. Nic was excellent to communicate with, always prompt and competent in her responses. She has local knowledge and was able to give advice and information about activities. The itinerary format was well presented, very clear giving accurate time it would take to drive NZ roads and ideas on what see in each location. S.We have been contemplating a tour to New Zealand for quite some time. While surfing the net looking for coach tours, we came in touch with New Zealand Travel Organiser and requested them to advise various options available to us. By return mail, Ms Kelly Hughes from New Zealand Travel Organisation provided us with all the details. As both of us are seventy years old and have problems in walking long distance, walking fast or climbing up, we went on asking numerous questions and Ms Kelly went on replying patiently. She gave us very good advices, too. Finally, in September 2019, I and my wife, went for the 10 day Traz Alpine Tour of South New Zealand, organised by Kirra Tours.
It was one of the best tours we have had in our life. Everything was perfect. Thoughtful planning, good hotels, great food, comfortable coach, relaxed itinerary, pleasant co-travellers, stunning scenery along the route..... the list is endless. We were the only two non-whites in the group but right from the beginning we were made comfortable and every one else took trouble to ensure that we had a good time.
We have special words of appreciation for our bright, amiable and pleasant Coach Captain, Ross. He was highly informed in various subjects, with deep knowledge of history and flora and fauna and geological facts about New Zealand. His commentary was full of humour and wit and numerous interesting anecdotes.
Our profuse thanks and gratitude go to Ms Kelly of New Zealand Travel Organiser for helping us out at each step of our hesitant planning and guiding us mildly to the final decision. She has been very patient, very kind, very mature and very understanding all along. But for her, we doubt if we would have gone for this trip with Kirra Tours, as many Indian tour companies have now started coach tours to New Zealand.
All in all, it was a memorable experience. We have a mind to go back to New Zealand in next couple of years to gain some trekking experience while on a self driving tour. Ms Kelly of New Zealand Travel Organiser has assured us that she will draw up an irresistible itinerary for us and we have every reason to believe that she will.

C.I mostly dealt with Rebecca throughout my time liaising with New Zealand Travel Organiser, but everyone that I had correspondence with was massively helpful. Any questions were answered perfectly, and all actions were taken exceptionally quickly, including a couple of unexpected refunds along the way. An all round excellent service. All accommodation and attractions were booked as per the itinerary. All accommodation were great and the locations were exceptional. Learnt a lot about New Zealand culture and the attractions at different locations on the North Island.

S.I did a South Loop adventure with New Zealand Travel Organizers. The initial planning process was easy, very precise and efficient. The itinerary provided to me had sufficient detail for me to know exactly what to expect. The booked trasfers/buses always showed up on time without the need to confirm or double check (we preferred not to drive).
We both loved Queenstown. The amount of activity available, the youthful buzz of the city and the amazing hotel were simply perfection. Both of us wished we had a few more days there.
The other highlight was of course the Heli ride by Franz Josef glacier. To be actually standing on the glacier and see the breathtaking scenery from above was truly a unique experience.
Kelly from the team did an amazing job in meeting our needs and going above and beyond to reorgaize the last leg of our trip in order for us to stay an extra night at the glacier.
Very content with the experience and recommend New Zealand Travel Organizers highly.
H.Just back from a trip of South Island organised by NZ Travel Organiser and it was amazing. From the moment we arrived the trip was seamless and exactly as advertised. The accommodation was excellent quality, as was the car rental and additional activities that were booked for us. It felt like excellent value for money.
P.Kelly worked with us to arrange hotels, rental cars, in-country flights, as well as various excursions in different cities. She planned out the travel time well so that we didn't drive too much on any particular day. The biggest "Wow!" for us was when the road down the West Coast was washed out by intense rain and flooding during our trip and she had to rearrange our itinerary with new hotels and excursions to replace the ones we missed due to the road closure. Thanks for creating great memories for us!
j.We wanted a trip that blended a combination of some structure including a rental car, varied accommodations , and reservations at golf courses throughout the south island but also the freedom do do as we pleased. We couldn't have been happier with every aspect. Even as we encountered weather issues Nic was there to make some changes for us. A+ in all aspects.
