This luxury Lodge is one of the best accommodations. Nice decorations and furnished, clean and tidy, warm and friendly. It has got everything you need for relaxation and a nice holiday. The hostess showcases her talent in cooking and baking skills. The welcome snakes in the room, the deluxe breakfast and the pantry staff for afternoon tea was superb. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

Just the perfect place. B&B can't be done better. Ideal location just 5 minutes drive outside Wanaka in a very nice setting. Extremely helpful host which is very well connected in the local community and can thus provide great suggestions for activities and even assist in booking. Saved our holiday by pointing out what can happen to traffic conditions during heavy rain. Great room & nice lounge. And: she can cook some breakfast...different hot specialty every day, freshly baked pastries and/or cakes. No better place.

This was one of the best stays ever in New Zealand. Quite place in immaculate condition inside and outside. Amaaazing bed. Wonderful lounge with plenty of space to relax, large screen tv with Netflix, freshly baked treats every day. Stunning fireplace, cozy blankets in the lounge. Tea and coffee in the room and in the lounge. Breakfast was absolutely superb, check out my photos. The whole stay was really up and above all our expectations and would definitely go back there again.

I am not really a B&B person but thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The standard of the room and the common area was absolutly top class and you wouldn't find better anywhere. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable with good pillows. Breakfast was fantastic with a different choice each morning. The hosts were accommodating but left us to do our things.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! Great location so close to everything you could need. Clean and spacious rooms. Very quiet! The amazing breakfasts prepared for us every morning as well as the baked treats in the afternoons were great. We would definitely recommend a stay here and plan to come back ourselves!!

Oh what a beautiful place, with beautiful people and beautiful food (!), we absolutely loved our stay. Sarah & Ged were so accommodating - I'm not sure if it's the norm, as we were celebrating, but Sarah had baked us a cake! It was delicious and such a lovely gesture (thank you!). The lodge is spacious and so well equipped with a hot tub and one of the best cooked breakfasts we've had. Highly recommended (and ideal for multiple friends in multiple rooms for a ski trip/weddings etc.)

Lovely large rooms just a 5 min drive from Wanaka town centre. Breakfast was always delicious, and with real coffee! Daily baking (cakes, cookies) was an unexpected surprise. The bike ride into town suggested by Sarah was a highlight of the stay. Thanks to our lovely hosts.

Brilliant place for a romantic getaway or groups. Rooms are lovely and clean. Communal areas are fabulous. Right by mt iron. 3 min drive to wanaka main st. Personally I Wouldn't bring small children. Hot tub and fire were very romantic. Bridal suite available. Not far from ski fields. Sarah's breakfast is incredible with freshly made Danish and eggs Benedict. Would stay again. Sky, Netflix and wifi available.

We were there for Warbirds over Wanaka and this was the ideal place to stay. The size of the rooms are great. Hosts r extremely welcoming and introducing us to places in town. Our room was otherwise perfect, as expected. I enjoyed the family style table that guests shared for breakfast.

Lovely friendly place to lay your head. Ged and Sarah are welcoming hosts with a beautiful house in superb gardens. Peaceful and tranquil with a natty line breakfasts....and you never know who you will mert at breakfast. Entertaining and well appointed accomodation a cut above the mundane.

Nice place hosted by nice people. Room was very spacious and nice, only to bad there wasn't a fridge in the room. There is cake available all day, which is freshly baked. The location is nice to go for a hike on Mt iron but to go to town it's best to take the car. All in all we had a lovely stay

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very spacious. The Lodge is quiet and slightly out of town (3min) which suited my needs. Our every need was met promptly and with such friendliness. I felt like the really took care of me during my time there.

Very close to the centre of Wanaka. Spacious rooms, lovely owners and great breakfasts. If you stay here, I recommend walking over to Hook for some delicious seafood or a wood fire pizza. It’s walking distance from the lodge, so you can enjoy a few drinks!

Fantastic stay at Wanaka Alpine Lodge. Very welcoming hosts with great local knowledge. Short drive or bike ride into town (bikes available to borrow onsite). Great rooms and home cooked breakfast. Highly recommend. Thanks Ged and Sarah!!

The room was great, the hosts were better. Ged and Sarah were warm and welcoming. Clean tastefully done rooms with amazing mountain views. The best part of the stay is the breakfast in the morning.

The lodge is located in a good position. Unfortunately, our experience didn't turn out so well since the place of recommendation was out of stock of the type of wine that we were looking for. Lovely touch with the wine and cheese in the evening. Lynda & Mike were wonderful hosts with lots of tips of places to eat.

Mike and Lynda were extremely gracious hosts during our visit to Wanaka. Very clean and neat. Stunning views of surrounding mountains and a wonderful B&B. We are extremely grateful for their input on our day and would highly recommend Wanaka Alpine Lodge to couples getting married in Wanaka Thanks again Lynda & Mike.

Cannot wait to go back there again. All the main sites are a short walk away. Great to talk to the hosts about the local area and their interesting backgrounds. The hosts Lynda and Mike are very welcoming and provided great restaurant recommendations as well as identified good trails nearby.

Fantastic accommodations, excellent advice from our hosts that really added to our stay, can't say enough good things and wish we could have stayed longer. A1.

Best place to stay around Wanaka. Amazing hosts, large rooms, stable wi-fi and you can borrow bikes. Fireplace and board games included.

Wonderful hosts, large, well appointed and clean rooms, excellent common area. There is not much to fault with this establishment, but be aware it is a bit out of town.
