No food or beverage service on either flight I was on. Someone said they offer food after you land but that is not the case.

Easy check in process, flight was clean, spacious and had good wifi throughout journey.

good airline but not real compassionate to me. also would not chase up the guy who used the seat that was meant to be empty "neighbour free guarantee.." violation. i just think we should better identify those who violate the rights of others for policies like this,

Have always flown with Air NZ and never had any issues going to Japan & Singapore multiple times (as well as domestic flights). I like how the staff on board are personable and don't call me sir 10 times in one sentence (Singapore airlines).

Excellent service. I have flown with Air New Zealand multiple times and have never been dissapointed. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. Customer service help line is moderately fast. Would definitely recommend.
