V.I have been in contact with Chloe for the last 2.5 years. From flights getting cancelled due to the pandemic and finally being able to fly overseas, Chloe has been an amazing help. When the flights were cancelled, I did not have to call or email anyone about the refund or getting a credit. Chloe took care of everything. And now when I was flying to India, she gave me all the information and documents needed for me to fly. She has made traveling a lot smoother. I would highly recommend booking tickets through HoT Hunter Street and you will not regret it. I would definitely be booking my future travels with her because she makes it stress-free.
K.When Petra calls herself a dream weaver she really means it. Having been in a long distance relationship during COVID travel was the last thing I wanted to stress about. With the help of Petra I have successfully had 1 amazing trip to the UK and now a permanent move here during a crazy time in history. I can't thank or recommend Petra and her team enough. I had to change one of my flights when I returned to NZ and even though we were in lockdown Petra was very attentive to my emails and helped me and my partner to go back home safely. She is very knowledgeable, is always willing to answer questions - and, if necessary, to find out those answers - and is unfailingly professional in every aspect of her work. A.Dealing with any staff member from House of Travel from Hunter has always been easy, relaxed and full of sound advice. They offer suggestions and different options from their own experiences and network to get you thinking about how to make the most of your own travel. We have been using them for over a decade and will continue to use them in the future. When something occurs outside of your control they have always been there to support or act as a go between for insurance companies or rebooking flights etc.

C.Our recent trip to Rarotonga was beautifully designed by Petra but on day one NZ went into level four lockdown and Rarotonga to level two. Our return flights disappeared off the Air NZ app and there was a lot of uncertainty about return travel.
