Donella Buttimore from Whakatāne Helloworld is amazing! We have used her to book our annual overseas trip for about 10 years and things have always gone smoothly. This year she went way beyond our expectations. Our son and his partner were stuck in Britain as airports started to close all across the world. They had already lost two expensive self booked fares and we were in a state of panic. We rang Donella and within 6 hours she had them on a flight through Canada, arranged their transit visa, gave them her number to ring if more things went wrong, texted them and us as they flew across the world at all hours of the night. She went above and beyond for our family. She could have not done more! Ring her for all bookings from now on!
