R.Booked a fair few trips. Having a personal broker (rather than internet purchase) was particularly handy when me and my 10yr old son stranded in China when we missed our connection. Deanna knew instantly where to go at the airport to help us connect to another flight at no cost to us.
She also arranged stopovers incl. hotels, finding suitable accommodation for me and my 4yr old son to stay.
