A.Saw the previous male vet a couple of years ago and he was awesome to deal with, very caring and set my mind at ease with my little dogs anesthesia for teeth cleaning.
Followed Fiona here after being a client of hers a few years back. She is the most amazing vet who will go over and above for her clients on every occasion I've seen her. Patient, kind and very knowledgeable.
C.Extremely good service from BHB Vets. I go to another Vet clinic but needed a 2nd opinion for an issue with my dog. The vets here were extremely helpful and gave me some good advice and the best thing compared to my other vet clinic is that I am able to go inside the clinic and meet them, talk to them rather than having a quick chat outside on the road. I have now switched over to them. Thanks BHB V.
V.I use to bring my Cats here, best service and always caring for the pets. I have a fog now and I will be using this Vet for my dog from now on.

M.Blockhouse bay vet has very good Doctors. I take both my cats for their check-up and medical needs. Appointment needs to be made as this clinic is always busy. My appointments have always been taken on time and overall good experience!

L.Honestly the most lovely and knowledgeable vets and nurses I have been to. They have looked after my chinchilla, cats, rabbits and even a sick pigeon. They have called to check on my pets and always explain their procedures and care clearly. You can tell they all really love animals and go out of their way to make their lives better. Wholeheartedly reccomend to anyone with any pet!
L.Great Veterinary. Got recommend by friends to see Miki and couldn't be more happier. He's a great and knowledge vet and was really good with our puppy.
M.We took my mothers very sick cat to the vet. They were very compassionate and honest. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done for the cat so she was put to sleep. A very difficult situation was dealt with with honesty and great care by the staff. Thanks for your help. My elder mother was very grateful.

B.Our cat Olive was 21 yrs old so we knew it was time for to go to sleep. Her health had not been so good and she had a bit of a turn the night before. The vet and staff were very lovely about it all, giving us options but we knew it was her time. So, with tears and sad hearts we said goodbye. We got Olive back a few days later in her special box and name engraved on the plague, and a lovely condolense card from the Blockhouse Bay Vets came thru the post. Thanks to the clinic for taking care of Olive, for your kindness and understanding of how much she meant to our family.
B.BBVC have been caring for our 4-legged family members for many years. They provide fantastic care and advice. They are also transparent about the costs of the treatments they provide. Unfortunately sometimes medical treatment cost can be significant, you know with the folks at BBVC these costs are not taken lightly. Highly recommended 🙂
V.Great service & care provided to humans & fur babies.
L.Fitted us in numerous times when something urgent has come up with the cats (injury/abscess/sudden sickness). Very appreciative of this and have always received great care.

C.Wow! We love this place! All the team are so friendly, dedicated and clearly love the animals! We are forever grateful for the caring way our beloved Maggie cat was treated in her final years and how much time and attention was given to our new kittens recently- particularly Lola who we found one evening unable to walk. T.This Lovely Team only exist in Blockhouse bay , helpful and they do look after your pet. A+++ Best Vet team ever ! We have a Boxer Dog he's name is Max and he loves going there too very much :) Highly recommended . A+++

D.What an AMAZING bunch of staff, such kind,caring,supportive and so empathetic to us over the past few days..we had to bring in 2 of our younger fur babies up as they had probably gotten into ANTI FREEZE and both cats kidney readings were so so high..we had no luck on our side last w end as both cats levels only dropped a few number

A truly beautiful and extremely sad sad day
Later we found our other 2 older cats which when found had already passed away.
But we were so fortunate to have all our babies back. BHB vets organized the cremation and all cats came back to us the very next day..the staff had laid flowers around their rimu boxes..it was the toughest 5 days ever..but thanks you all BHB staff 4 all your kindness especially Fiona and Caroline..
Myself n my 2 daughters will never 4get such support and kindness..♥️

J.We've had nothing but amazing experiences with the Blockhouse Bay Vet team. The front-line staff are always incredibly friendly and are more than happy to shower our dog with love - something he gets excited for when we bring him in. The Vet staff are super knowledgable and caring and we've had nothing but superb help from them.
S.I took my unwell purr baby here for the first time. The staff were very welcoming . His vet doctor was professional but kind. She made me feel at ease as we all know how stressful taking our sick pets in can be. My cat is now well again and I will definitely be using this veterinarian again.

D.We've used Blockhouse Bay Vets's since the early 1990's when we got our first cat, back then the clinic was owned by the lovely 'Dr Greg', but over the years it's not changed much since 'Dr Lance' and all the vets have been lovely and very caring. 4 cats and 3 dogs later we still take our beloved fur babies to BHB Vets. Even after moving a bit further away we always come back here for any treatment our pets need. Our original cat lived to 21 years old, so obviously we (and they) did a great job! Highly recommend this place.
N.Thank you to Geoff and the team for seeing Zara today when you were fully booked, for examining her under anaesthetic today and resolving her health issue. Despite the note she brought home saying she might not want to eat much, she came home ravenous. She is one happy cat. I really appreciated that you saw her case as urgent and made time for her.

T.This vet is one of the best ones I have been too. Everyone is lovely to deal with but particular Jaqueline who is such a wonderful vet you can see she genuinely cares for your pets. Geoff is also good too. Actually they are all good even the reception girls are good can't rate them all highly enough.

T.One of the few local area vets that have places available. The cats hate the place lol but they get a good check up with treatments and it's over for another year. The vet was very pleasant and the examination was done with minimum distress to the cats. They still don't like the place though haha

C.The vets at Blockhouse Bay truly care about their patients. I love that the know my dogs and their history. One of our doggos has skin issues and they were incredibly hands on throughout the process of gathering evidence and referring us to the right skin specialists.
The front of the house staff is also very lovely, the get to know their patients and their pack leads. Consistent and wonderful experience.

N.The young vet in this clinic was absolutely supportive and went through lengthy explanations with regards to the condition our pet guinea pig Lily was suffering, before having to put our pet down. We were very distraught at having to put her down but were very grateful for the detailed advice that was given by the vet which gave us a more clearer understanding and hence we knew it was the best thing to do to end our pet's suffering. This clinic also has very reasonable prices compared to other clinics and we highly recommend it to anyone. We have gone to this clinic for years and will continue to :)

R.Our boxer dog Raja went in for surgery to remove a Lypoma and growth on his gums. The surgery was extremely successful and Raja bounced back so quickly. We are so grateful to Jeff and his dedicated team for doing such a fantastic job and taking such good care of Raja.
h.My cats name is Mimi Tan, had spay operation with Dr Lance, unfortunately, incision was infected and inflammation has developed. Dr Jacqueline has taken care of my cat later on with all the possible ways to help Mimi, now Mimi is eating and happy again. Great thanks to the team in the clinic and special thank to Dr Jac, strong bond with customers and truly animal lovers.
