B.The team at BBV are always so friendly, helpful and trustworthy. You know your furry whanau member will always be treated with the best care and service. I’m about to move out of the area but I will still be bringing my animals back to BBV every time I need something. Would highly recommend.
L.Really amazing and knowledgeable staff. Brought in an orphaned two week old puppy I'd found and they stabilised him and taught me everything I needed to know about raising him. He's doing great now!

E.Very fast response to an anxious moment for our dog Lola. All sorted out quickly and she is well on the mend. Can't give enough praise to this great team.
C.My beautiful 13 yr old Birman cat Missey became unwell and I took her to Bucklands Beach Vet in L3. They phoned me to advise she had a nasty abcess on her bottom and would require surgery.
The staff there are wonderful, very caring and informative while working under L3 restrictions.
Missey is making a good recovery at home, back to Vet tomorrow to have her stitches removed.

L.I wasn't happy with the unfriendly staff and vet at the Vet Clinic I had been going to and Bucklands Beach Vet was recommended. I called and chatted with them and they were happy to answer all my questions and booked for today for my boy (cat) and I was very happy and completely impressed. Totally different vibes and so friendly and patient with all my questions. Ian Malcom was our vet and he was so patient with my boy who is completely shy and likes to hide under his blanket 🤷♀️ he checked him out and did so so nicely and answered all my questions and treated me with respect. I have decided to move all 5 fur kids over to them. And looking forward to a much happier and friendlier Vet visits from now on ❤ Thank you so much to all the ladies in front who also helped and and answered all my questions.

M.This was my mother in law's vet and we inherited her cats so I got a full senior checkup for them there. It was such a good experience that I've decided to start bringing my other cats there as well!
A.Incredible service. Is a bit on the pricier side but they have service and care to match. Always happy for me to pop in or call with any questions I have with my pup. The vets and assistants are extremely considerate and have mine and my dog's best interests at heart.

S.I switched to Bucklands Beach Vet Clinic upon recommendation by a friend as I was repeatedly disappointed with the vet at the time (due to the breed classification of my dog, they always treated her like she was dangerous- which is so far from the truth) First visit to BBVC and Dr Graham, bent down to her level and was able to gain her trust and examine her with ease (despite the note from the previous vet stating she could not be examined- no judgement). Every visit since has been so comforting as she is always treated with affection and respect. I have had 2 emergencies and they made space to tend to her without me having to wait at all (even at the clinic- I entered, Dr Ian walked out, called her name and tended to her immediatley). The vets took the time to explain her condition, the content of the medication and the effect it will have. I am completely confident with the care of my precious girl.
D.Always had great experiences here with our dogs. Experienced vets who don't try to muzzle your animal at first opportunity or push a general anaesthetic tooth clean on you.
D.Bucklands Beach Vet are amazing, they are always friendly and helpful, they will never turn you away in an emergency, and every time I have gone there they have really shown that they care about us and our animals. They also have really good hours, enabling people to get to them without taking time off work.
We recently lost our baby Lily and I'm so glad she was under their care, they did everything they could, and were frank and honest with us throughout.
Once Lily passed they took care of everything, organising her cremation, and a few weeks later we even received a hand written card expressing their condolences.
