J.Called my usual vet explaining I wouldn't have funds until next day but they refused to see my sick cat. I had never used beach rd vet's but even though were very busy advised I take him there and vet would look at him when they could
I was sincerely appreciative .
Kept me informed of test results etc.
Very pleased with care received
Z.We were met at the car (Covid restrictions) to hand over our old cat who was not eating and had breathing problems. After a friendly, detailed conversation we waited while the examination took place. The nurse returned and explained the next steps very clearly. We were happy to leave him for two nights and were given regular updates. I was reassured that not only was he being treated but he was also being given love and affection. He is now on the mend with appropriate medication. The treatment and follow-up has been excellent.

T.Such a good experience with our cat went in for some dental work and I was kept up to date and given some further instructions for after the sedation wore off the vet even asked me to give her updates on my cat through out the rest of the night , great team

M.What a wonderful team - my very, very special thanks goes to John, but I also want to thank the nurses who are also very patient & understanding. Over the years John has given me genuine time and sympathy and treated my pets as if they were his own. He goes the extra mile to help them and is always available for me, even with phone calls. His knowledge of animals is outstanding, and is not afraid to ask specialists for reassurance, although he was always right in the first place. Thank you John - from me, and my pet & human family. We have been through some happy and sad times together.

m.I had an excellent experience .The staff are friendly. Justin was thorough in his examination and ongoing treatment and kept me fully informed even followed up with a phonecall after my cat had recovered.
