M.We are extremely happy with the care we have received from George and everyone else here for our sadly accident-prone cats. Great communication, excellent surgical and medical care, and reasonable and transparent pricing. George always goes above and beyond for our much loved pets. Highly recommended :)

V.I have used Carevets Mount Wellington for the last 7 years. My dog loves going there and as soon as I park up the car he basically drags me into the clinic. I have found George and his team always very helpful, he takes time to listen and examine the problem and to give advice. It's easy to make a booking and I was always able to get an
appointment quite quickly.

Y.Layla our Bichon Frise dog loves going to CareVet. As the name suggest very friendly and helpful staff and they take good care of your pet. Good location with plenty of parking.
H.Love these guys. They are great with the animals. They treat them with care and love will not mind leaving any animal with them if needed. Dr George was great with my cat he got two shots due to bee sting and even did a follow up call the next week.

E.I want to say big Thank You to the CareVets team Mt Wellington. Our precious puppy Poppy had her surgery there and before taking her to the clinic we were really stressed out because she never been without us anywhere and plus surgery - such a scary word. That day later she was perfectly fine but most important - 5 days later we went for check up ,Poppy was so excited when we approached the clinic and was running to the door happily wagging her tale and was truly delighted to meet the team and be in the clinic. We were expecting an opposite reaction thinking she would be terrified to go there. What else can be a better indication of a great job done by CareVets. Very grateful to the team. Thank you again. Highly recommend the clinic.
L.I can't fault CareVets Mt Wellington. The staff - vets and nurses - are so caring and friendly and over the years we have built up a good relationship with them. My dogs love going to the vet because of this. They have seen us through painful times when elderly cats and dogs have needed to be put down, as well as welcomed new members of the family. Highly recommend CareVets Mt Wellington. We drive from out of area to see them!

Plenty of (quiet) off street parking available so transfering cat from the car to clinic is a stressless experience for us both.

S.We learned about Care Vets when we began our search for a new kitten to bring into our family. The Paw Kitties charity delivered us a beautiful new feline much to the delight of our daughters! We have since transferred the care of our older cat to CV too. The team are professional, friendly, super knowledgeable and fairly priced - what more could any pet owner ask for.

R.Day 6 of lock-down and our precious Meg was found after having gone missing for two nights. She returned very unwell. Staff were kind, articulate, and patient as I had to make a choice between emergency surgery or........ Discussions were done on the phone as I sat in my car, not able to enter.. Their kindness was appreciated, and they even took my cell phone with lovely piano music to play while releasing her from her pain, as I could not be with her. Thank you for caring for Meg during that sad time.

D.Great service. Friendly staff. They stayed open for us on a Sunday (Fathers Day!) so my dog could get blood results asap. And they make follow up calls to see how my dog is doing. Wonderful people who genuinely care.
L.Had to put down my elderly cat and they were very accommodating. Allowed us to have our cat sedated in the car where she felt safe an familiar instead of in an unfamiliar room where she would be scared and nervous. After she was asleep she was carried inside and euthanised. When we left we noticed they had a candle lit on the counter and a sign letting others customers know that someone had just put down a member of their family and to be quiet and respectful. While losing my cat was a horrible experience they did everything they could to help make it easier.
L.Although I haven't used their services in a while, the service I did receive when our boy was alive was superb. They kept us in the loop throughout and would always ring with updates etc when we took our boy in. Sadly our big boy passed away and Care Vets were kind enough to send a card to us. Thought this was both kind and showed they genuinely cared. Highly recommended

K.Aptly named. All staff are truly caring and clearly love what they do, treating humans and their fur families with compassion and caring. The cattery may not be brand new, but the care the cats receive is 5 star. Our cats were always settled and happy on their return home. Recently had to farewell our dear cat after 19 years - they went out of their way to help in a difficult and emotional time, and showed the utmost respect and shared in our grief.
C.I highly recommend this place. Their puppy school is amazing and my puppy has learnt a lot and has came out of his shell. They’re organised as well. They’re quick at getting you stuff. Again, I highly recommend :)

A.A wonderfully caring team, affordable prices and good service. Called midweek to see if they could schedule in a rabbit desexing before weekend. They did, I had to arrive early between 7.30/8.30am. I brought my 2 bunnies in to ensure the correct one was going to be desexed, they took the time to show me the males sexual organs which the rabbit is good at hiding by pulling them inwards to "keep safe". The manager, offered to keep the female for the day as company for the other and I was reassured of the safety of this for the operated male rabbit. A nice considerate touch. They informed me of all costs upfront. I happily left both their in an unlined ( as my rabbits chew/eat newspaper and paper towelling) transport crate as my rabbit(s) were not allowed breakfast before surgery. They called me immediately after it was completed and when I returned to fetch them in the afternoon at my leisure, I found that it was well lined with newspaper and filled with heaps of fresh hay and even freshly picked dandelions! My rabbit has very neatly stitched incisions and was up and hopping about happily a few hours post surgery. Pain meds and a hard copy of complete care and advice instructions were given. And even little take home "gift" bags for my 3 & 4 year old daughters. I decided it best to keep the pair together for one more night, indoors. Just to encourage eating and healing. They have now been separated for another 3 more weeks due sue the viable semen still present in tubes post surgery. Thank so much for your 100% compassion to my furry family members and affordable prices! I will be recommending your care to anyone seeking it.

Z.I visit Carevet because I love my buns and Dr Kezia is BEST OF BEST IN THE WORLD. She really cares about each buns and amount of love and cuddles she gives them. She is excellent and shares so much information. Definitely recommend 100% to everyone.
