L.We have been taking our cat here for almost 8 years now and staff have always been caring and very thorough. She’s kept us on our toes with a few complicated health issues which the team have guided us through with great results.
M.We’ve only had our cat for a few months so when she got sick we were relieved to have somewhere to take her close by. She was very much looked after, Great staff who kept us informed of every process. During lockdown they were very professional and followed all of the correct procedures.
C.When my cat, due to his age, had to undergo a risky medical procedure during one of our recent lock downs, the vet went out of his way to make sure that they had a plan in place to counteract every risk that could come up. Needless to say my cat came through the op with no complications! I have been a client with them for a number of years and I have always found them to be caring and always ready to do their best to help your pets.
D.My elderly poodle has had amazing results from the care programme he has been put on.
S.The young man I dealt with over the phone after the passing our loved Ice was kind, patient and professional. He did not rush me and was very empathic. When we arrived later that afternoon he knew exactly who I was and his colleague was swift and also empathetic. When we picked up our loved Ice 2 days later I was presented with a beautiful rimu box and the young lady offered her condolences. Thank you all at CareVets.
D.The Vet's and Vet Nurses at Care Vets in Te Atatu were great when I visited with my unwell Kitten. I was reassured when there and also on what to do by the time I left. I didn't have to wait too long to see the Vet. Lastly the bill wasn't has much as I had thought it was going to be - so that was a bonus.
L.I am extremely happy with the care and service provided by the staff at CareVets. They look after Poppet extremely well especially since she can be a demanding customer who doesn't really like going to the vet. They are understanding and caring. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended.
M.These guys are wonderful, friendly from when you phone to make an appointment and the care and attention you get for your pet. A follow up phone call was so unexpected but much appreciated. Couldn’t get any better than that.
