N.I'd just like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Mary-Beth for saving Jack from parvo. I cant thank you enough for going out if your way staying late (overtime) so I can go collect the money for the treatment for Jack. I appreciate the care you gave Jack and I in such a terrible time. Words can not describe how thankful I am for all your support and help. I will forever be grateful. I soo hope you see this.
S.One of the most difficult experiences to deal with in life is bearing the loss of a loved one, including our beloved pets. I would specifically like to thank Phil for taking the time to reach out to me after a recent loss. Thank you for taking the time to listen to feedback from a client's perspective and your genuine empathy displayed. You have assisted greatly with my receiving closure and healing going forward. A.Emma was very welcoming to our pup who was nervous after the car ride. They had treats and techniques to help soothe the pup and he was so happy that he didn't feel the injection. Easy visit even with the lockdown restrictions

M.Have been bringing our fur babies to Franklin Vets for several years. Our most recent visit was the worst one yet as we had to let our little boy go after 19 awesome years. The Vet we had was very kind, patient and helpful. Their compassion was also shown when we received a sympathy card from the team. We feel our pets are in good hands with the team at Franklin Vets Papakura. They are also reasonably priced. Highly recommend.!

Y.We arrived at Franklin vets with our 15 y/o chihuahua going through what we know now to be congestive heart failure. The support, love and kindness that we received from the team cannot be described. We were adamant that our dog had an infection, and we were tough to deal with as we struggled to digest the truth. Not once were we told off or asked to leave or put out dog down. Sam, Victoria and Mary-Beth did everything in their power to help Shiloh. The cost was minimal compared to other Vet clinics for all the X-rays and scans we had done. The American receptionist always welcomed us and comforted us as well. These vets are highly professional and skilled, even though Shiloh may not have long to go, their treatment and help thus far has given him a little longer with us. Thank you so much FVP!

M.The vet was extremely helpful, walking us through the procedure of the ultra sound to find out what was wrong with our cat, it was just worms luckily, but no expense was spared in making sure she was checked out correctly. A little pricey but thats usually how it is with pet care.

D.Have used this vet for about 12 years and they were brilliant with my cat. Always caring and helpful. Had to have one cat put to sleep and they were so respectful and caring. I wish we could move them to our new location, as I miss having a good kind vet to take my cat too. Also very clean and reasonably prices.
S.I have a reactive, aggressive dog. Franklin vets have always supported this as best they can and approach him in a way other vets haven't. Always helpful with information over the phone. Very well trusted with all my pets.
T.Staff was super friendly this was one of my first visits to a vet will be using them for our puppy. Everyone from the front counter to the veterinarian was amazing and had very in depth answers to my questions highly knowledgeable. The place despite having animals going through all day was tidy and welcoming.

M.My dog was bleeding from her nose and mouth along with an engorged throat. The team at Franklin Vets were compassionate and professional and narrowed it down to caner and figured out that our dog likely had a condition that was interfering with the blood coagulating in time. They put her on a course of Vitamin K and cared for her overnight in the clinic. This morning she was no longer bleeding and was released back into our care. We are SO SO happy in having our beloved dog back home, thanks to all the efforts to the staff at the clinic.
A special mention for Tim, the vet at the clinic. He is compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. We appreciate everything you did for Storm, Tim - Thank you <3
I.Friendly and professional staff. Their VIP monthly package is amazing for our elderly cat with high health needs, you pay a smaller monthly fee for unlimited free monday-saturday consults and discounts on tests.

S.It's easy to book appointments through their online system, with a lot of available times in 5 minute increments. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who take good care of your pets, pay attention & actually build a rapport with you, and help educate you on your pets needs. Good product range of food, accessories and medications.

A.We had a pet emergency where my dog had ingested something toxic after 6pm on a weekday. I called my local branch of Franklin Vets but they were already closed, their answerphone directed me to the Papakura branch. I called them and spoke to the staff member about what had happened, she advised they were open until 7pm and if we came in straight away they would be able to see us.
It’s half an hour drive from our home so we jumped straight into the car and arrived at 6:50pm (only 10 mins before they were due to close).
The staff were all friendly and didn’t seem to mind in the least that we were inconveniencing them by making them stay open past their closing time. They treated our dog’s wellbeing as their number one priority, by the time we left it was about 7:25pm but they didn’t rush us at all and didn’t seem grumpy about staying late. We really appreciate how they went above and beyond to ensure our little pooch was 100% before calling it a night.

M.Victoria and Franklin vets are amazing. We came with urinary issues for our dog after being through a odysee of vet visits over the last couple of weeks. Victoria checked our dog carefully and the clinic have done xray and ultrasound on him.
We did not had an appointment, I just walked in and asked for help.
Very high quality service, super friendly staff and our dog had been in the best possible hands.

B.I just want to give a MASSIVE thank you to the staff yesterday (Friday) for the compassion & empathy they gave me as i had to have my beautiful boy Harry put to sleep. It was the hardest thing ive had to do for a long time, saying goodbye to my loving companion of over 16yrs & they jst made things as easy as they could be in the circumstances.

C.Caring and professional vets. They're very thorough and methodical in their approach and I was confident they ruled out options. They are somewhat more expensive than some other vets in the area but would still recommend. Accomodating and good hours too.
A.Knowledgeable staff who work with the pets well, this is the best bet center we have used. Their desire to do the best for the pet may some time exceed your desire, make sure you are clear on the options and your budget.
K.We moved from Hillsborough to Takanini in 2003 and have been with Franklin Vets since then with our animals. They have been up most professional caring with our cats and dog. So having said that worth taking your pets there.
