L.After 16 years, last Friday, we had to say goodbye to our beautiful girl Mitzy, ( a Staffie Lab X). Thanks to the professional care & expertise from Martin, we had the privilege & joy of having Mitz in our family for much longer than we expected. Martin, Stacey, Mel & Becs, (previous vet nurse), we thank you for your service & highly recommend. Leeann & Richard
M.Our family vet now for 6 years. We have had amazing support with our 19year old Chuey. It was a sad day today when Chuey our little dog friend needed a final visit. The sympathy and kindness shown by the vets made it bearable to say goodbye to my dear dear friend. Thank you for every thing. You have my heartfelt gratitude and respect
T.The whole team are absolutely fantastic - helpful and knowledgeable. They have taken amazing care of Bubbles and Bean (mainly Bubbles) as they did my family cats 20 years previous.
D.These guys are the best vets we have ever been to. My oldest pom is 11 years and we have been to many unhelpful, unreasonable and simply ridiculous vets prior. Friendly helpful staff. Fair pricing. Do not be fooled by Dr Martins steely manner. He is a fantastic vet and a big softy inside :)

The staff here are friendly and from that, I get the feeling that they clearly love their animal patients, which is very encouraging and it gives me confidence that they will take top notch care of her. J.I highly recommend Glendowie St Heliers Vet Clinic to any pet owner. Dr Reid and the team for the past 16 years have been absolutely fabulous. From the first visit to the clinic with our 11 week old pup at the time to when he passed at 16 years old, the service and care they provided over the years was second to none. Going over and above at times when needed in emergencies to the last day. I would have no hesitation in taking our new pet to them when we decide to get another.

C.Mid last year, I was talking to a friend about my dog who has existing and ongoing health problems, and she recommended this vet clinic to me. She could not speak highly enough of the expertise and service she had received there in the past. I live in Hamilton and made the trip to Auckland to have my dog seen there and now I could not agree more with the high regard in which my friend holds this clinic.
They showed explicit concern for the well-being of my dog and provided a thorough consultation, an accurate diagnosis and expertise advice and treatment for my dog. Two weeks ago my dog became ill (unrelated to her existing condition), and we made another trip to Auckland to see the fantastic team at St Heliers - Glendowie Vet Clinic. We were not let down, and the exceptional service we received on our first visit was again provided. The expertise and service they provide is second to none and more than worth the travel to Auckland to get it, which has lead me to recommend this clinic to friends in Hamilton who now too, make the trip to Auckland to ensure their pets are in the best possible hands.
When your vet team cares about the well-being of your pet just as much as you do, then you know you're onto a winner! Thank you to the team at St Heliers - Glendowie Vet Clinic!!!!
M.I have moved away from this vet but am tempted to torture my cats with a longer drive just to keep going there. Amazing staff and they take such great care of my cats!
