Took my Ginger kitten in for her first check up and the service we received was outstanding!!🤩 Affordable and excellent service. My little darling received lots of compliments on her collar🎀 We’ll be back next month for her next vaccination. Well done team.

My vet was fully booked for days and my dog had an infected foot. These guys managed to fit us in and were so lovely and caring. On time, attentive, listened and made my dog feel really at ease in the new environment. Would highly recommend them, thank you team for making both myself and Sprout feel better!

Staff here are friendly, supportive, and informative. They are very affordable and the service is awesome. Yes there are times when it's hard to get through via the landline to book because they can get VERY busy, but I get through eventually or just drive down. I have recommended this vet to my family who have now transferred there fur babies cares to this vet. The opening hours/bookings also cater to those with busy schedules.

My daughter and I, booked an emergency consult appointment this afternoon for our cat Kitty. Due to the COVID restrictions, we weren’t able to be with her in the room but I was reassured and was called during the consult. The service was amazing and the staff were very supportive. Lovely place for your pets .gets packed to through covid you have to stand in a queue .. befor you get seen . but then you can just see all the lovely pets waiting in line so cute .. ... il injoy just watching all sorts of little beautiful dogs awesome sight to see... the vets very fast to see your pet my grandgurl lives nx door so we know how they roll . I recommend that place to everyone s pets . if your going to visit or stay in mangere bridge its a .beautiful clean town quite peaceful the people are lovely there's water to look at have lunch at tte Park .. every shop gets 10 stars from me .. lovely for the elderly and there fury friends . .

I cannot recommend this vet enough.. our poor dog cut her paws and we called care vets in Mt wellington who declined to see her even though we went there regularly. They told us to go to the emergency vet which was going to cost us nearly $300 for just the consult. We had contacted the mangere vet clinic (never having been there before) and were able to fit us in right way. They saved us soo much money and were so caring and understanding. Just recently my dog had cut herself again quite badly (apparently she is accident prone) and they managed to fit us in within the hour. I can't thank them enough for how much they've done for us.. they truly put the animals first and care as if it was their own. No matter where I am in Auckland, I will always make the journey over here to bring my baby. Thank you Mangere Vet Clinic- we are so lucky to have you!

Haven't had any problems, even tho they are always very busy, when our Snoepje is unwell, doesn't happen very often, they will always attend to her. (I'm not sure our pet is too happy to see them)

Well our story starts with our beautiful lab Ritchie, he was a frequent visitor to the clinic. Ritchie would find a way to get out of our yard and he would go visit the kids at the primary school and also go visit Rachel and the team at the clinic. Unfortunately we had to put our precious Ritchie to sleep as he had a tumor that just wouldn't stay away, in the end because he was such an old boy he was finding it hard to get around. So it's been almost 2 years now since we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put him to sleep, it was hard for us and the children as Ritchie was the heart of our family, but we had to do it for him, the staff were great and very sympathetic, one of the children were running late but the vet was happy to wait as we didn't want to go ahead until we were all there and once Ritchie had gone to sleep they left us in the room for as long as we wanted. So long story short, Rachel and her staff are very professional, sympathetic and compassionate. We are still very much loyal customers, with all our cats and our new member of the family Rusty our little pooch.

I took my puppy here to get his leg amputated on Sunday 23 Feb and I am speechless! - A huge THANK YOU to Rachel and the team who took care of him during this time! The staff involved were friendly, the communication was consistent and my puppy was treated as if he belonged to them. They were so helpful and gave me the best advise upon discharge. Before I took him here I had taken him to another vet (whom shall not be named) and 90% of the conversation was about payment - I took him to Mangere Vet and it was the total opposite and the pricing is definitely a lot less than what I was quoted at the other vet. I felt very confident and comfortable leaving my puppy in the hands of Mangere Vet! You guys really do go that extra mile for our fur babies. I will definitely be back again, Mangere vet is now our permanent vet and my partner and I can not thank Rachel and her team enough! If I could rate more stars, I would. I HIGHLY recommend this vet to anybody who isn't sure on which to choose! Thanks team!

Rachel and her team are amazing. I trust them 100%. Rachel's approach instills so much confidence. My cat almost died from a bullet wound. Mangere Vets saved his life after the emergency vet misdiagnosed him. I won't be taking my pets anywhere else. Rachel deserves a medal.

Went there because my breeder recommended, remove stitches free , only $30 for vaccination, doctor so friendly also showed me how to put warm drop on . good experience. and only realize they also have clinic in onehunga which is much closer , 🤣

If I could give a million stars I would. You saved my dogs life after being turned away from a vets in Albany for not having money Rachel helped me no questions asked!! They actually care about the animals here and restored my faith in Humanity that had been lost earlier on that day. Bit cramped, you may not be able to take a human companion in with you as there is limited seating inside (which I would humbly ask is given up for owners if a companion is using a seat so no one has to stand or hold a cage etc) Had a bit of trouble with booking in for surgery, coming from a different part of NZ and their having to obtain records etc to provide me with a quote... But oh, I tell you it's worth the admin trouble for the veterinarian! Omg the lady who saw my pet was so wonderful, she was knowledgeable, compassionate and treated my poor baby with gentle, non-judgmental confidence. My anxiety over the scary situation just melted away; in that moment I wasn't concerned for a second that I may be in the wrong place.

This is the best value vet in Auckland. The vets have always been great with my pets and I have gone here for years now. The pricing is very competitive. Now and again they are very busy and it can be a bit chaotic at the reception, but that is because they are popular.

Rachel and Luke are not only lovely people, but they truly care about the animals. I have been in 3 times now to get my two bunnies speyed - one of the naughty girls chewed her stitches out so Rachel had her wrapped in a bandage. For the past 5.5 years they have been wonderful as piece of mind for me and we'll being and health for my pets. I can always rely on this Vet Clinic for all my pets needs. My mini schnauzer had another haircut from Luke today who always does a fantastic job with her. He is so good with her. We had to take my dog in as he was shuddering violently, drooling, staggering and vomiting with evidence of having ingested some kind of poison. The vet Diane told us that he had to be kept overnight but we could call back later to get an update. But no one could tell us if he was going to make it or not. We left the place in absolute bits having been told that a) they didn't know how much it was going to cost, so I assumed we would pay when we picked him up and b) they were going to apply the credit on our account. I also signed the admission form that I agreed to pay everything. Anyway we get home and immediately I got a call accusing us of leaving without paying a deposit we were supposed to, which wasn't mentioned by Diane, nor did she mention the amount we had to pay up front - my daughter who was in the room confirmed this. We even waited in the room after Diane took our dog through in case anything else was needed from us! She just said to phone back later! I offered to pay online straight away but the receptionist couldn't confirm what the amount was that was supposed to be credited. After all the visits and $$ I have spent with these vets over the past few months, never not paid, it really upset me. UPDATE: The owner very kindly messaged me with updates about our dog and photos of him and apologised on behalf of the receptionist who I'm told was very stressed out. Despite all our stress they did take very good care of him which is the most important thing! I hadn't gone back as I didn't want to deal with the same receptionist, however we ended up taking one of the feral kittens on our property there and had a better experience - I did check this time if I needed to pay up front or not!

These people kept the surgery open late to see my cat when I called in a panic saying my cat was in a lot of pain. They are amazingly kind and have endless empathy and compassion for the animals they treat. They are also very reasonably priced and I never, ever get the feeling I am being overcharged which absolutely has happened to me at other vets in Auckland. I couldn’t recommend them more.! Best prices but not easy to get through if you're trying to call them and sometimes you have to wait (one time was almost an hour) even though booked appointment. Still my favorite Vet so far

I was recommended to Mangere Veterinary Clinic by a friend. Their prices are affordable and they have payment options such as Genoapay for more expensive but necessary veterinary treatment. Sadly in the last 2 weeks I've had to say goodbye to 2 of my greatly loved cats as they were gently put to sleep by Mangere Vets. One was 10 years old, a rescue when she was about 4 years old and the other was just over 15 years old who I'd had from a tiny 4 week old kitten 😥😓😪😭 Both were terminal, frail and failing fast and although I'd dearly hoped the vet could treat and save them it wasn't possible.
