Catherine Liang and the nurse are absolutely amazing. Super friendly and extremely sympathetic, caring and understanding to both our pets and us too.
Outstanding customer service, always receiving us with a smile and a warm attitude.
Do yourself a favor and go see her if you need to.
S.We had never been to this vet clinic before last night but were so grateful they didn't hesitate to help us. Our cockatiel of 10 years had been sick and recently seen by a avaian quite a distance from our home. Returning home in the afternoon we could see he wasn't doing well and was indeed dying. Not wanting him to be in pain we made the hard decision to put him to sleep. We started calling local vets but no one could help us. Massey heights didn't hesitate, they we so kind and respectful. Thank you so much we appreciate what you did for us ... you are amazing!
H.Called up on the Friday morning trying to book an appointment for my sick kitty. They had no appointments til next week but kindly took him in anyway and cared for him for the day. Such amazing service and kind friendly staff. Always brag about this vet clinic!! Thank you team!!
R.Always a fantastic service. Have been there 3 times with our puppy so far, 2 scheduled visits and 1 emergency. All vets and vet nurses have been fantastic. I would higgly recommend this vets.

They're efficient, kind, skilled, and put effort in to making sure you get the best value for money so your pets can get the treatment and care they need. We will continue to come here from a different suburb because they are great and we trust them with our fur-babies.
P.The vet we saw was really good and thorough. She read up on the past visit notes and carried the appointment forward keeping that in mind. She also spent quite a while chatting to us about various options and the risks and benefits of each.
I.Thoughtful advice. It will be good when Covid restrictions are no more . Obviously the vets care for animals well being

I.I have been with the Team at Massey Heights for about 10yrs. For me a visit is like catching up with your friends- the cat isn't so keen but for the dog its like just the best treat.
The skill and commitment of the Staff is unquestionable and their care and support has been fantastic.My pets are in great health and any worries or questions are sorted straight away. Not only do they look after my pets but they also take the time to make sure I'm ok too.
Have had alot of laughs and a few tears over the years and can honestly say it couldn't be with a better bunch of people.
