H.I've adopted several older cats over the years, and with that I've met many vets due to their chronic issues! Oliver is a wonderful vet with a genuine passion for providing animals with the best care possible. I'm likely not the easiest owner to communicate with, but he's always so patient and wonderful when answering my many many questions! Fantastic with animals and owners alike, fully recommend.
H.The team at Onewa Road always go above and beyond to ensure we have the best information and access to care for our high needs pets.
The prices are reasonable, the staff are friendly and it is always lovely and clean.
They make difficult decisions easier and put both myself my pets at ease.

S.Outstanding team! You know that your pets will be looked after from the moment you walk in the doors (or in level 3, from the moment you park up). Our kittens have been to see the team a couple of times and feel better leaving. Easy to understand the vet with know medical jargon and not too expensive. I'm happy to pay slightly more that a few of the cheaper vets because the service here is awesome. You just know your pet isn't about to get more stressed.
M.I take my kitten here all the time. Oliver is one of the best vets I’ve been to. The staff are friendly and attentive. The place is very handy, it’s just off the main road but has plenty of parking spots.

I.🐈 We have hosted a number of Cats while living in Northcote; Ms Fizz, who was a fiesty female ginger, and currently Lord Biscuit - an aloof sphinx-like presence who generously tolerates us living in his home.
Cat lore has it that "We were once worshipped as Gods; We have not forgotten." However, even with this divine heritage and despite the intensive training they invested in us over the years (with their characteristic condesceding feline grace), 'Our' Cats have not always enjoyed the best of health. 😒
Whenever this happened, the good people at Onewa Road Vets took wonderful care of them - with everything from the right medication when they needed it to easing their departure into their next incarnation when their time came around. 💫
So ; When any of 'Your' Pets need the very best of earthly health care, I highly recommend you act upon their demands to take them to Onewa Road Vets. 🤗

S.I visited this clinic for the first time 6 weeks ago to have my two burmese kittens microchipped and found the staff extremely professional and very caring.
Today we tragically lost one of the kittens and Richard saw me quickly without an appointment and was extremely empathic, compassionate and was very generous of his time. Im very grateful for your kindness today and cannot recommend this clinic highly enough

R.The vet and staff where wonderful. After 20 years I had to put my cat to sleep. There had been many visits to the vet over the years and they have always taken excellent care of her. Great staff, excellent advise, and in the hardest moments they are kind and supportive.

C.I am so happy with the care my cats received - a mother cat and kitten who needed to be spayed. Excellent doctors (and staff) who are very caring. I will happily recommend them to anyone. I should also mention that I'm a vet myself (though currently not in clinical practice) so I can be pretty picky :-)
M.Onewa Road Veterinary has been our chosen vet service for 17 or so years. During this time they have looked after our cat and two Border Collies. Our present Border Collie Rangi, gets excited about seeing the staff here, even when he has been poorly and put through various examinations. I would highly recommend Onewa Road Veterinary and I thank the team for their ongoing friendly and excellent service. All the best for the coming year. Mark
