The staff are just amazing and there for genuine reasons....love and care of animals and their owners. I had a recent scare with our beautiful fur baby and they moved heaven and earth to shuffle appointments to get Ella in and seen to as an emergencysituation.
Had we waited to end of day I really think we could have lost our beautiful dog.
Admist a pandemic, they are calm, kind and professional. Johnathon, the vet that we have seen twice now, is super on to it, explains everything to match your communication style and just down right on to it.
No unnecessary testing but clear communication around possible issues and appropriate care plan.
Thanks team ....you really have saved the day with our girl. She bounced back from lethargy, heavy panting and alot of pain within hours of getting antibiotics and pain relief in.

P. L.Best health service I have experienced in New Zealand. My dog had two MMP surgeries done here. Surgery vet Bryan is so responsible that he even contacted me in the evening and at weekend. Throughout the process there were sufficient discussions, instructions and follow ups. And the fees are reasonable.

D. J.All the staff are very professional and friendly in dealing with you and your pet. They take time to explain what is happening as well as giving you the chance to ask any questions. They are efficient - have never had to wait very long for either my self to be served or my pet taken care of. I can highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic to all animal lovers. The cat that "owns" the clinic is a delight and seems to really enjoy the attention from all - old and young alike. I have not used the cattery services but the area they provide looks lovely and safe.
