Y.I am new client to pet doctor howick, My first language is not English is difficult for me to Communication to the doctor sometimes I even don’t understand what is doctor taking about. Luckily when I make appointment I speak to nurse Angela she is sooooo helpful and soooo patience to me explained to me what doctor said. I don’t need to worried I don’t know what the doctor talking about.
J.Not my normal vet, but they immediately said yes you can bring your sick cat to us. The communication was great and that eased my mind while I still had to be at work. As it's now my local I will be changing to them.
P.Fab service and aftercare for pets. Looked after my dog well. Have been going here for years. You can tell that everyone working there love animals. Always get wonderful service and good intro puppy school classes.

T.I've been with this vets for a while and I've found them efficient and professional. I've just had to have a growth removed from my greyhounds paw which needed anaesthetic which went well. Very kind receptionists and all the vets I dealt were very professional. The price was on the high side but it has to be expected for vetinary service. Luckily we have insurance. Very satisfied with the service I received.

L.This is the best Vet in Howick as I've been going there with my cat Tiger for 16 years now. They also have a great annual plan for cats who have arthritis.
V.Have had wonderful service from Pet Doctors Botany, helping us care for our elderly cats health during this challenging year. Great communication during non contact visits and our pets health and energy has really improved as we have followed the care plan and advice from the vet.
R.Pet Doctors in Howick were so helpful in level 3 lockdown when my cat was beaten up by another cat. they were very gentle with him and caring. Was so grateful they could fit us in and get him on the road to recovery. Really took amazing care to learn his history and offer appropriate medications.

G.It is no surprise to me that they have a 5 star rating. The staff here are friendly, caring, and genuine. Dr Andrea Gits is exceptional. She takes the time and is a practical and down to earth person who is easy to relate to and very thorough. I drive 45 minutes past several other vets to go there but it is definitely worth it.

a.It's ok , it's very expensive, if you care about your pet they are vets so use it I suppose. It's convenient to where I live
