Dr. Alice is very professional and responsible! When she knew that my dog had diarrhea and was vomiting, she immediately arranged a consultation and asked natasha about her previous medical records and vaccine records. Very patient and professional throughout the interview! My dog was treated professionally the first time and booked for a follow-up visit. Thanks again to Dr. Alice!

This is the best place to take our pets. Our Dog lucy receives the best medical treatment and also we get the best advice. Highly recommended, 5 starts easy.

Was amazed by the level of service. Friendly staff that gave us a tour of the clinic with our first appointment. Very knowledgable veterinarians and nurses. The regular check-ups and phone support we're very unexpected. Having puppy classes held in the clinic was also very useful. I would recommend to anyone in the area.

Extremely friendly staff and make you feel welcome. Enjoyed the extra advice from nurse with our young kitten and were helpful with all our questions.

I chose The Strand Vet to look after my kitten and cannot be happier! Doctors and nurses treat my pet like their own. Her wellbeing is their number one priority. They are very helpful and accommodating. The communication is always clear and thorough! The Strand Vet is definitely going to be our family vet for many more years to come!

best vet in the world. they are super kind and professional. everything is clean and all the facilities are great. the doctors & nurses take time to make sure they do a great job, and they keep in touch & really keep on top of things. they also have a really cool tree and a box with a hole in it that i can hide in when i get nervous.

This is the best vet clinic I've ever been to. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Every single person we interacted with was helpful, kind, and calm while I was extremely anxious. They were completely non-judgmental about my financial situation and some questions I couldn't answer. They explained the benefits of the different options, and helped me arrange finance for his medical emergency. They saw my cat (and the other pets I met while we were there) as family, and emailed me a report after our visit with his notes. I'm looking forward to taking him in for his check up, it's such a positive environment

After taking my cat to our regular vet and my cats symptoms worsening. I decided to get a second opinion from the strand vets. They felt as though they really cared and my first initial phonecall just to organise my appointment they asked in detail what I was worried about. They then spent the full 45 minutes looking at my cat and found out what was wrong. Fixed it and sent us home with medicine and 4 pages of notes about the consult. My cat hasn't been this happy after a vet visit ever. I cannot stress to anyone how much I recommend these vets.

I can’t speak highly enough of The Strand Vets. Always ready to help, or talk on the phone. They make sure you feel part of The Strand Vet family. They looked after our boy Blake so wonderfully. Very grateful.

We absolutely adorable Strand Vets - they literally lay out a red carpet when we arrive. They know what we like - they talk to us and treat us like one of the family. If you need a doc - we recommend the ladies at Strand Vets any day.

I totally trust this vet clinic with my pet. They provide a quality relaxed friendly service / enviroment and are able to interact well with both animals and their owners. They are clued up medically,have great staff morale and you can tell they really care about their patients

Great experience, very caring vets and nurses, and receptionists

The team at The Strand Vet go above and beyond the call of duty in the care of my two cats. They're both now a bit geriatric (my cats, not the vets), with all the health problems that come with it, so they are frequent flyers! It's a big plus that they have all the gadgetry to do so much inhouse, rather than having to make another trip to a specialist, which means less stress for the cats and for their human!
