Always an excellent and caring service when I bring my cats in! All staff are genuinely caring and want the best for your fur babies, giving them lots of pats and cuddles whilst they're there. Very experienced vets and have helped us with all our issues!

We have been with Whangaparaoa Vet for many years and have only had the best treatment for our dog, with everything from ear infections and dermatitis to bladder cancer. Highly recommend them!

What wonderful people you are the way you looked after Abby over the years and up to her final hours. She trusted in all of you Emma and Shanti in particular Thank you. The vet was amazing with our wee Polly cat- incredibly tender and gentle and spoke to her throughout the visit. Gave detailed explanations for treatment required. Also explained that clinic now offered home visits by vets for those that may struggle to get to clinic with pet- and a pick up and drop off service at a lesser cost to also assist those that may otherwise not be able to facilitate a trip to vet for pet- this is so incredibly helpful for my mother who can sometimes have mobility issues. Highly recommended and open 7 days.

Our dog had major surgery last week extracting many teeth and root canals . VET Dr Shanti did an amazing job ! She has amazing love for pets !! Our Jazz had virtually no pain...even the same day and days following, and is back to his perky happy self. The staff at this vet are very caring!! Have been with this clinic for years! Highly recommended!! AAA+++

Although they offer a high level of service, if you are on a budget please shop around. They are very expensive and for one of their services I had to pay 60% more than I would have at another local veterinary clinic.

I've been coming to this vet since I first moved to the coast, and they are absolutely brilliant! They were so kind when my cat of 14 years passed. They do a really thorough job and from what I used to get charged, it's much cheaper and I get more out of it. They are such kind people too. I'll continue coming back here. 💚

Went to see Monique yesterday with my incredibly itchy and miserable cat. After thorough examination and treatment of him, within three hours of returning home, he started showing strong signs of his normal smoochy and friendly behaviour. Can’t thank Monique enough for getting Mowgli back to his old self. He’s clearly missed being such an integral member of the household, and now can’t stand being away from one of us, even for a minute. Thank you, thank you Monique.😻

This is the only place I take my vets to. They're exceptionally good at informing pet owners and keeping pets in top shape. They understand people well and meet needs well. My only downvote is that, like all animal health industry, is very expensive!

GREAT place to take the animal members of your family. They genuinely care for the creatures they treat and go above and beyond to help. The place was recently-ish updated and is really comfortable now. I can not sing their praises highly enough, they are fantastic, and wonderful. The staff - across the board - are helpful, caring, and are real 'animal people'. They try really hard to remember the animals that visit and their owners. This is the only place I will take my pets (except in emergency after hours, as their not open, try Orewa or Silverdale vet hospital which I've also heard good things about). Oh, and if you have a puppy they offer SUPERB puppy classes, which I can not recommend highly enough. Put simply: the best place to take your pets.

We were told they would be open and also checking online it said that they would be open today however "holiday hours may apply", only to find out that they've decided to stay closed another day. That's not the way to do business, define when you will be open and closed and dont say that you will be open with variable times then stay closed. However when they are open they do provide great service and handle the pets greatly
