I am a complete noob but we were adopting an abandoned lamb. The staff was wonderful walking me through everything I need, what to expect and things to think about going forward. A couple of days later...when the lamb seemed to have some joint ill, they were able to provide information over the phone. I look forward to shopping there going forward
