M.Have always used this vets and have found their service nothing but five-star. Their care isn't just for the animals but extends to their human as well.
The time we had to rush in without an appointment because our dog had been stung, they saw him swiftly, removing the stinger and didn't charge.
Their care is without a doubt about the animal and not focused on the monetary value the others so often attribute to this field.
P.I have been a client here for many years and have always found the staff experienced, professional and friendly. Some of my animals have not always appreciated being handled by strangers but the vets at At The Vets handle such personalities with aplomb and compassion. They are also sensitive to owners' concerns and anxieties. Highly recommended.
-.First time using these vets and it was a great experience. Heather was fantastic and helped us register our bunny's online for their vaccinations and gave them their check up. All around great service. Bumped into a colleague that also uses them, so great luck there.
H.Highly recommend the team@ at the vets. They are always so caring and knowledgeable and some how manage to squeeze us in. We have moved to the other side town, but we contuine to use these guys. Worth the drive 😊
A.It was my first pet and my first time being in the vet. The doctor was so patient to answer my thousands questions. Very nice and friendly. My puppy loved it.
S.The people here are amazing. They really care about your pets. Lots of good advice and, at least in my hearing, not judgmental of pet care mistakes. As long as you do what you're told by this lot, your pet will be happy and healthy.
A.Love this vet, no judgement at all for being a pug owner. Helen is thoughtful and always treats each of our puglets as individuals not as a statistic on a chart.

D.Brilliant place to take your pets. I have 2 rabbits and the staff are just great with them. Nothing is a problem. You're met with happy faces at reception and they interact with everyone in a very positive manner. Hunny and Horatio love their visit to see Helen and the girls.
V.This place does get a nice tidy 5 star from me, services provided was far beyond expectations of a vet. Friendly staff is in understatement they treat you with kindness and respect and your pet. Very clean and tidy inside and out
They helped me with my 2 dogs for their second lot of injections. Very informative, giving tips and tricks to help you out. I would highly recommend. At The Vets,
K.Best vets I've been to. Very thorough and take good records. The team are friendly and really care about your pet. They offer a treat to your pet so they feel more at home. Expert vet advice and no pressure to do anything unless you feel comfortable with it.
J.Highly recommend this vet clinic. They are very knowledgeable especially about rabbits and this is hard to find. You can trust your rabbit will be getting the best care and pain management when you bring them in. I won't take my buns anywhere else

小.I would highly recommend At the Vets to any animal lover in need, at the time our rabbit was ill, the vet stayed in longer just to see our sweet bunny, and she definitely saved her life. Fair prices, skilled staff, and you and your pet will be treated very well here! Couldnt ask for a better experience

I have had different vets examine our pupper and each of them was exceptional.
Our dog absolutely loves them - and a massive shoutout to Dr. Chelsea who came back with test results and reassured us that it was ok even on a Saturday. 🙂
B.These guys were awesome when my dog was sick, super helpful, reassuring and didn't laugh at me for acting like my dog was some sort of precious child!
We will be using them as our regular vet from now on.

A.Had 2 put my dog of 10yrs down, they were incredible. Could not afford anything past initial app,so vets cut off a piece of cosmos fur placed it in a wee bottle I now wear round my neck on string.
C.Always a bit nervous turning in right on intersection.

c.Always a really positive experience at this vet. Prices seem reasonable although I don't have much comparison to other places. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful, very gentle with my cat each time I go there. They also take great care to make sure I understand the process of what has happened or needs to happen if medication is prescribed or anything further needs to be looked out for. The ambiance of the waiting room is also very well designed which is a big plus when dealing with stressful animals (and humans)
A.Our poor boy Kobi got himself ran over by a car. Heather and her team they were able to complete a complicated surgery and keep our little man with us.
Kobi won't thank them but I sure as hell will.

L.Highly recommend At the Vets. I have been bringing my fur babies to this clinic for many years where my four legged family members have always been given top notch care and me support. The team are friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. A big thank you to the wonderful vet Liz and nurse Laura for looking after my dog with her recent dental. I knew she was in good hands!!!

S.I rescued a 1yr old cat from a very terrible home. She was being physically abused not fed or anything so I took her in. She had her first litter at around 6 months old and when I got her she was pregnant again.. Long story short but she had 3 kittens and 1 was stuck inside her so the lovely vet staff opened her up got the kitten out and fixed her. It was going to cost me so much money that I didn't have so they were so kind to me they only charged me the bare minimum amount. ❤️ Thank you so much for saving her life and being so compassionate.

C.These guys are my go-to vets for my rabbits. It's so nice to have a vet know what their talking about. Nice and clean place and they even have a separate waiting room for cats! Been to many vets without them knowing anything about rabbits.
Would be helpful if you made it clear about what the vets specialty pet is without having to browse their profile on the website.

B.So in this unusual time, with wages cut, lockdown and the rest of it! We had our cat decide he wanted a fight with another cat!🐈😡 our cat came off worse 😭, so we phoned our usual vets, who were to be honest no help at all as we are in financial hardship atm. So we phoned at the vets, and they were able to provide a better option to be able to pay 🙂.
We made an appointment and the ladies there were wonderful, sorted out our cat and identified a long standing issue that we had been having with our cat ( that our previous vet had no idea what the problem was and cost us $1000). So sorted, so thank you so much fantastic service, you know what you are doing and we will NOT be going back to our previous vet!

R.Had to take my Evie my cat in after she had been hit by a vehicle. When I rang they explained they had a very busy say but they said to come in anyway. I was about 20 minutes early ( I was very worried about Evie) and they saw me right away. The nurse who assessed her was very friendly and professional. She was so gentle with Evie and was explaining to us what she was checking. She even offered us a drink while we waiting for the veterniarn. Holly (the veterniarn) was very professional and straight with us about Evie (I was at this stage a mess with worry so this approach was what I needed). She gave us our options and quotes wich all depended on how the xrays went. Unfortunately it wasn't good news but again we were treated so kindly and everyone was very professional. When we picked Evie up they had placed her in a box laying on a beautiful cloth and even placed a beautiful white flower on her. Some might see this as a small gesture but it was very valued by us.

They're open to questions and explain things thoroughly. And the premises itself feels very high brow, all in all a vet I definitely recommend. :)

H.Best vet Ive ever taken pet to. Diagnosed cats illness without any unnecessary tests and she got better as she said. Also advised against my previous (from another vet) assessment which would have cost me hundreds. No extra charge for weekends either and vet and receptionist were lovely people. My cat generally hates most people yet the vet took time to introduce herself and the cat was putty in her hands
T.Lovely friendly service felt very comfortable here and so did the kitty that I took in for a microchip scan good vibe and atmosphere nurses are lovely too
L.Fantastic veterinary clinic with amazinf staff. The ladies there were kind, patient and very informative. The clinic is very clean, and has water, seats and booklets, even a special rooms for owners waiting with cats.
The lady that vaccinated our rabbits was very friendly and treated my bunnies really well, even told us some tips for toys food etc...
All around probably one of the best vet clinics I've been to. From past experience, a lot of vets are eager to scam customers for some extra money, or just want the appointment over and done with. However that is not the case for At The Vets! Definitely an clinic to come back to... But not too often 😆

M.We have been so grateful for the wonderful care provided by this vet clinic Having recently started coming here we've had a lot of animal issues and they have all been treated in the most caring way. One cat with an abscess, another elderly cat with renal failure and a dog needing a cruciate ligament operation. Can't thank them enough for helping our fur babies and being open 7 days a week. They really care about the animals and it actually does not feel like you are just there to hand over your life savings. We will be back when her knee is recovered enough to get the next knee done. Really disappointed with the previous vet who took x-rays 6 months ago and did not tell us how critical it was. Having surgery back then would've been better for her. Thanks to Heather and the team. You are the best!!!!
R.I would not recommend this vets for dogs due to the head vet nurse being so unfriendly and my dog is very uncomfortable around her after being there for the day. Would recommend if you have small animals as Helen is an amazing vet.
