Flawless interaction by staff made a difficult time as easy as it could have been. Special thanks to the staff concerned.

Excellent service at such a hard time, lovely team at Avonhead Vets.

They managed to squeeze me in within an hour after I noticed my cat had a puncture wound from a fight! They were so helpful on the phone when offering advice, and so great to deal with when I did take my kitty in!

Very friendly and honest. Had to take cat there and they Could of made me pay more to operate on my cat but gave me very honest opinion. Staff always great and more than willing to help

Staff here are wonderful. My wee girl Poppy (cat) came in with a bladder infection. She got fussed over and care for by the attentive staff. You guys are fab!

Avonhead Veterinary Clinic is one of the best I've been to. Very caring staff. Explains things so that you understand what's going on with your pet. Good rates as well.

Brilliant vets, very kind and great to deal with! Would absolutely recommend.

There was a really friendly vet here - it was obvious he genuinely cared for the dogs. He even went to the effort of calling our previous vet to check on something regarding the kennel cough that he was getting to make sure that it was done properly. Nice big waiting room with plenty of seating - which suits our big dog so he doesn't disturb other pets. There was also plenty of space in the car park. All in all - a good experience, at least for us! And the dog even got a treat when everything was all done!

We have always founds vets and nurses doing their best for the welfare of our furry family members. Thanks for the support, information and planning during the rehabilitation of our dog during a torn ligament injury.

Vet Peter was amazing with our cat, Lulu. She is a handful to say the least. 5.2 kgs of twisting and turning makes for an interesting examination to determine why she is limping.

Our doorbell rang tonight, a fellow asked if we owned a black cat as one had been hit by a car, we rushed out to find one of our cats badly Injured and brought him to Dr Pete as they were advised by the fellow before he contacted us. Excellent care with an IV ready, but robbie had died on the way so we arranged the cremation details. They couldn't have been better, it was just sad that it was too late. Many thanks to Dr. Pete and staff. John Clements and Fiona Head
