K.When my beloved dog entered end-stage kidney failure during the Christmas holiday period of 2021, I was relieved to hear that Our Pet's Goodbye was operating on a statutory holiday. Nic responded to my enquiry quickly with a professional approach and empathy. She treated my Izzy with the utmost care and respect for which I will be forever grateful.
H.Nic was so caring, compassionate and gentle. She made our beloved Sookie's last moments so peaceful and we are so grateful for that. The worst decision we have ever had to make was made so much easier by Nic and we definitely made the right choice to say goodbye at home with the wonderful help of Our Pet's Goodbye. Thank you.
