R.Thank you Steve for the care you gave to our wee girl Sophie. I know you did your best for her. The only suggestions I have is making more time when someone is saying a final goodbye to there pet.and the staff member who assisted you having more training in compassion as it is hard enough saying goodbye and was not the time to talk about getting another dog which was very upsetting.
A.Steve the vet takes the time to explain thru your pets issues. And the other staff are really friendly. And services are affordable.
