J.I had only just shifted to this vet practice but they made the process of transfer so easy!
They also made it a smooth process when I brought my 8 month old female kittens in, so one could have a check up and both be wormed and flea-ed.
Throughout this the vet was very professional and explained things very clearly (especially when one kitten was found with a heart murmur) which I really appreciated.
The nurses were also lovely and very gentle with treating the girls. Lily and Lulu came home and displayed no stress from the experience.
I'd definitely recommend this practice!

L.My pup has had more vet visits than most and is always excited to visit. The nurses always make a big fuss over her before she see's the vet and they are super patient with her (she has A LOT of energy). She gets grumpy with Colin when he prods and pokes, but he always manages to win her over again. I never have any issues getting her to the vet or to cooperate because of this extra care the team at Vetcall provide.
C.The vets Colin and Clare both invested a lot of time researching why our pup was so underweight, and their recommendations have returned him to peak condition. We were really impressed with their commitment to his health, their follow up and their professional manner. The nursing staff are fantastic too, knowing us and our dog by name and making us feel very welcome.
J.A massive thank you to Claire, Colin and the Vetcall team for the care they showed our lovely old dog. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were always informed of how he was doing, and offered fantastic, thought through advice. Would highly recommend.
S.Great clinic - the staff are all very friendly and caring. We took our cat there for several years and Colin was always fantastic - genuinely caring and always explained the reasons and pricing prior to treatment. We'd still be taking our cat there if we hadn't moved to the North island! Thanks team.

A.The Vetcall team are fantastic with our two cats. One in particular is quite aggressive but they are so understanding and calm when dealing with him. We also don't live near linwood anymore and are happy to drive across town for them as they offer such high quality care and are so thorough with them- we wouldn't go anywhere else! I have also seen the amazing work they do with Cat Rescue Christchurch. You can tell they genuinely really care about animals :)
E.Only the second time I’ve written a review. I wanted a second opinion/advice for our dog while on holiday. Super grateful to Colin for his thorough exam, explanations and advice. I would switch to this clinic if we lived in Christchurch :)
S.Vetcall has always taken the best care of my pets, I have a very cowardly Doberman and a bit of a feisty cat, and the staff always do their best to keep the critters at ease and as calm as possible. The vets are great and always take the time and do a very thorough job. Thank you :)
O.Great service and a rvery reasonable charge. My cat has been spayed and I have been very happy with the procedure and after care.
I phoned many clinics and Vetcall was about half the price of some of them. Will certainly use them again.
L.We've been using Vetcall for over 7 years now, despite moving out of Linwood about 5 years ago - we travel across town to keep using them as they really are "the vets your pets would call". We love that they are a family business and take awesome care of our pets!

F.Thanks for the great health management plan for my aging and portly feline friend, Charlie a.k.a. Mr Fat. It is both practical and affordable, and we've seen good improvements in his condition. Friendly service and easy to get an appointment that suits too.
T.....I went through a heartbreaking experience loosing my pet I became inconsolable and I took things very to heart and had reservations about what happened, which I voiced.....the Dr was very big and rang me to talk through my feelings and help me understand from his perspective (which would also have been very hard). I am truly devastated, but know a lot more now then I did prior, and this will be valuable for any future pet ownership have.....very hard lesson :'( ~Thank you!!!~
