Great staff and awesome customer service , look forward to more Heath checks and looking after our prize girl Jade

Our local veterinary service is alway good with our animals. We have a dog, a cat and a pet lamb. The staff is always friendly and so helpful. A good range of products available for purchase from feed, bedding, leads to toys. They even special ordered in a small nose harness for our pet lamb.

Thank you so much for your compassionate service & advice at the tough time of having to say goodbye to our much loved family pet. The team in Waimate is excellent, we are lucky to have you all.

Reception staff are super helpful and friendly. Charlotte is awesome delivering my drugs and giving me great advice. My favourite vet, hands down, is Jess. She is just awesome so ask for her if u can

Veterinary Centre Waimate were very understanding of my situation as I travel nz in a motorhome, they were amazing with the care of my 14.5 year old cat this week, and when my dog was sick and put to sleep,2 years ago. I would recommend them with ur fur babies, I traveled back here for the vets.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Super helpful, very knowledgeable and willing to share knowledge, surprisingly inexpensive too, they seem more interested in helping animals than getting rich.

With any ailment our cat Malroy is treated well by a wonderful team who we have faith in.

We have had two cats to the Waimate vets with different problems and both times the service we got was absolutely outstanding! Our fist cat was seen to by Sam and the second by Claire (who was actually relieving for another Claire.) Both with were extremely professional, very understanding and genuinely concerned about our pets. We even had follow up calls from Claire to check on him to see how he was going. We were advised of the costs each step of the way and we had the necessary procedures described to us in a very understandable way. We were told of the alternatives and possible effects of all the options, so we were easily able to make a decision about what was best. Sam even remembered me and greeted me by my name when I went back in months later. That really impressed me. Honestly, you couldn't get better.
