C.The vets/vet nurses are amazing here. They have always been so gentle and kind with our cat. They are knowledgeable and give excellent care. They also have open pay where you can pay off your visit, so you don't have to worry about not being able to afford proper care for your pet.
R.Just wonderful Vets and supporting staff. My Jake been going there for years. Can't thank them enough for the care and attention they provided over the years. Even now in his golden age he is still getting the best care possible.
T. K.5 stars is not enough they get 10 stars from us. We had to put our beautiful fur baby to sleep and we have not met such a caring staff, they were wonderful. Highly recommend

A. C.Exceptional service. We have chosen this vets for our guinea pigs, they have a fantastic vet that knows exotic pets. They were great when we rescued 2 guinea pigs and found them in terrible condition. They gave us the advice we needed to nurse them back to health. Now our 4 guinea pigs are fit and healthy.

The care given one of my dogs during her young life was over and above. She is no longer with me but I know everything was done to support her. I felt heard and requests I made to be part of her treatment were respected and valued . A particular huge thanks to Steph Kelly I highly recommend Pet Doctors Gardens and look forward to many more years with my young pack.

B. A.Vet surgeons treated my cat perfectly can't fault the clinic team. However staff member in the shop when I rang to ask questions was very rude both times seeme very short first time put it down to someone maybe having a bad day but it also happened again on a separate day
F. G.Over the years the team at Gardens vet clinic have been consistently friendly, helpful and obviously work very hard to look after you. Recently I had to have my old dog euthanised. The staff were able to handle this with wonderful sensitivity, patience and genuine empathy. Iy made the process much less difficult. The particular vet (G) on the day was wonderful.

V.I took my cat there today to get an abscess seen to. My cat hates travelling and always pee's in the crate. When we got to the vets one of the lovely ladies noticed he had wet and offered to take him and clean him up. Then, because they had him out of his crate, they tended to his leg immediately, even though I was early and someone was before us, so as to not stress my cat even more by putting him back in the crate.
I thought these were excellent examples of putting the pets needs first and I was very happy with the care shown to my furbaby.
Everything was very well explained to me, both when I dropped him off and when I picked him up.
The team the the Gardens Pet Dr were wonderful with my cat, and I really appreciate the care they took with him.

E. C.I began taking my German Shepherds to The Gardens Veterinary Clinic more than 20 years ago and I still do because I trust the professional care and skills of the Vets, nurses and their staff. I expect the quality compassionate care and excellent communication to continue under Pet Doctors.
J. F.Three visits in three weeks for three dogs.
1. Our 13 year old Bull Mastiff with breathing difficulties. Stephanie was so kind and understanding ... and honest. I stayed with Brea while she had the injections and I knew she was in good hands. Sympathy and kindness from all. Thank you.
2. Daisy, our unwell Spoodle ... recently given birth with pups just 10 days old. It was exactly two weeks after Brea's death and brought back such sad memories as I sat there ... the staff were so kind even before I explained why I was so upset.
3. Vaccinations for Stanley, our young Spoodle, and a vet who took time to explain what they were all for and why he needed them.
The animals are always treated so well and, as both Brea and Daisy were sick on a Saturday, I really appreciate that there is no extra charge at the weekend.
Also, the kindness of the person who, when I described Daisy's symptoms, brought us in on an emergency appointment.
Always friendly staff who make you feel so welcome whatever your reasons for going.
Really happy to have you as our vet practice.

P.I took my Golden Retriever dog to Pet Doctors and a lovely lady vet sorry cant remember your name but he had hurt his leg.I was,not prepared for the sad outcome as he was only 4yrs old but it would have taken months of having to be not active and given he had arthritis was given the advice my decision to say goodbye to him.They left me alone with him for a time then very nicely put him to sleep with me holding him and afterwards helped me carry him a big dog to my car.They were very understanding as I was very upset.
