R.The vet was so nice with my dog & me. Both of us anxious. He explained everything in detail about the procedures.
Reception could have been a little more patient in her manner & welcoming, as it was our first time at the surgery.
A.They were very caring and had huge conpassion and empathy for both our we dog Tina and ourselves they helped us every step of the way on our journey even though the out come was to put our fir baby to sleep with the angel we thank them 💙
P.Fantastic team of people here. Knowledgeable, compassionate and very helpful. They kindly arranged care and transport to Wildbase for this injured Plover who had a badly broken leg. So awesome!

B.The response we received from the front desk was wonderful, arranging for our lovely old cat to be euthanised was not easy. The young woman was kind and so helpful thank you. The process watching the Vets settle our cat with great care, while communicating care and empathy for us. We were talked through the procedure in an unhurried manner with such kindness. When we picked up our cats ashes, Totally Vets had left a lovely sympathy card for us. Thank you. 🐈🐈🐈🍃😁🍃

D.Good people, the specialists, vets and staff are very caring. Off-the-shelf products are a little more expensive than the yellow franchise in the city but it's worth it for convenience. If they read this: Put in a self dog wash! 👍
T.Staff member took time to come out to carpark to assess our dog as we didn't have an appointment. She checked him and discovered it was fleas and not a skin reaction or something else we thought he might have. She was really helpful and suggested a number of products which we gladly paid for. Thanks to her we got him the right treatments and he is now looking and feeling much better. Awesome service and will use again

P.Lovely staff and competent vets. So grateful for seeing Dr Craig Irving, who promptly diagnosed my dog and set her up with the correct treatment, after we had already seen two other vets.
A.Friendly staff, not overly expensive, and they treated my kitten like she was in a cat inn on holiday rather than admitted to a vets for being sick... They texted me updates about her mood and all ❤️

Big shout out to Sue, the Vet who operated on him, she was awesome to deal with, explaining the situation to me fully and the options available, she went out of her way to try and keep the costs down due to our circumstances which was much appreciated. D.I love this place! Friendly helpful staff who really make any pet i have bought here feel so speacial and spoilt. Our two rottweilers are so comftable there. I have taken alot of animals there (they really care about our animals) my inside rabbiinoften got pedicures for his sharp lhisclaws. If i recall correctly it was $15 which is great! The dog nor i dread going to the vet. Bulk deals are also availavle for puppy litter tagging and vaccines etc.
D.Ruby, Mac, Sally, Buddy, Bob. Just a handful of pets I’ve had over the years that this place has treated like one of their own. I called the other day for Ruby our chocolate lab and they knew who were talking about without even giving any details it’s small details like that that make all the difference.
