S.After buying our Kitten and having trouble getting into vets locally we decided to drive from Kapiti to use Charlie. I can see why the pet store we purchased from uses him. Fantastic service, booked us in right away and is a very warm and knowledgeable vet. The service is so good we will continue to make the 45 minute trip each way. Highly recommended.
J.A few months ago my dog Zena needed surgery on both her eye's, I struggled to find a Vet ,but Charlie did her opps straight away, then today he operated on my pet Ram,joebro that had a swollen ear,excellent work,short notice, thanks to Charlie and Kat and Pehe❤

Once I turn into his street she gets so excited to be there - out of the car and running ( on lead) to the door saying 'I am here, let me in.' Great experience. G.Went with my friend to take her dog here. It was Anzac day and Charlie went out of his way to meet us at the clinic to treat the dog. He was quick and thorough and gave us good advice for after care and his costs were very reasonable considering it was after hours / public holiday
S.My friends dog swallowed a fish hook. Charlie dealt with her dog without an appointment and removed it with no lasting damage. Very compassionate and his staff are too with after care advice. We also tae our pets to Charlie. Thanks team.
