Friendly , knowledgeable, efficient staff throughout, every time! They really care about the animals, and it shows. This is the most important. they are never too busy to help. The best veterinary surgery I have ever been to.

T.I think the vets in Carevets Gisborne have a burnout problem. This used to be the best veterinary clinic in Gisborne, but after the recent events, we have decided to change our vet. Good people. They just haven't been very good at helping our cats.
T.The most caring Vets i have come across. I had to get my 15 year old Golden Retriever put down a couple of weeks ago and the lady that done it was so caring and talked us through the process until my girl was forever asleep. Even got hugs when we left the room. Would highly recommend these Vets. They treat your animals as their own😊
M.The staff of Carevets Gisborne are so caring and understanding. One of our pets had a very long period where she was needing treatment everyday and they made this so much easier for us as a family where everyone works. We have 3 cats and 3 dogs and I feel comfortable with any of the vets and vet nurses at Carevets treating my animals.
