R.Very friendly staff and helpful veterinarian, gave me options and allowed me to choose the medication that was not only right for my dog but also for me as owner who dislikes administering medication to animals as well as humans.
Injection is a far better option and lasts longer. Happy dog and happy owner 🐕😊

E.Dog was very scared for some reason. Took him to get claws clipped, couldn't manage to get two paws done, vets said he needed to be sedated, yet vet in town could get it done in 5 minutes without sedating him and he was very calm and happy afterwards? (Dog is a small-medium Rottweiler)

j.What a brilliant place. The staff here is very caring and competent. We were travelling to Gisborne for a few days and on the way we noticed our dog developing a huge lump in her throat. We got an appointment to check it on a Saturday morning and they told us they would do surgery on her that same day. We picked her up the next day (Sunday!). She had a grass seed inside her neck. It had travelled under her tongue and made its way down. The lump was in fact swelling due to the infection. After 4 days we went back to have the drain removed and now she's back to normal.
We're so happy with the service we received. The vet and nurses were so good and reassuring, they knew what they were talking about, so we felt totally relaxed and we knew our dog would be looked well looked after.
All good now, Thank you EVS!!! you're awesome.

B.Last night my kitten was very unwell and I felt really unsure about calling the vet because I didn’t want to call them after hours. I ended up ringing them and so glad I did. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely proffessional, gave great advise and put me at ease. She made me feel like it wasn’t a hassle for her to come in if I chose to bring my kitten in. Thank you so much for the brilliant service I received.
