M.Absolutely impressed with the care and service. My cat had a bad reaction to surgery and the teams at Rototuna, Rototuna North & Chartwell looked after her and nursed her back to health. I really felt they care and did absolutely everything possible. Thank you!

d.The staff was so amazing to get my cat in quickly, my poor fur baby somehow managed to get some sort of waterproof glue substance all over his belly. The staff was super awesome and said they can help. After trying to removed it myself and bath him. I brought him in in all wet and shivering. The staff managed to save as much fur as possible and give him a warm incubator. They made me feel comfortable with him being there and said they loved having him and all the smooches they got. Which really made my day. ALSO a plus was, what i thought would cost me a few hundreds end up being way cheaper than i originally thought. Super happy.
K.Awesome veterinary care for my pet. Well priced services and I was given extras like sample pet food and a free pet health check. Really like the caring atmosphere at this vet. All staff members talked to me and to my pet. Highly recommended.

A.Lovely staff, gentle vet that did not make my cat too stressed and follow up has been excellent. Of course the bill is another issue. What about an OAP discount? The need to repeat blood tests will be crippling.
J.Always a great experience here! Everyone that works here is fabulous, friendly and a super efficient. Really couldn't recommend them highly enough, and even though we've moved out of town I'm not changing vets, I'd much rather drive in to see these guys!
V.CareVets Rototuna is a great choice for all your pet needs. They have been wonderful for our puppy Rocket. We attended Puppy Preschool there. And Rocket now uses their doggy daycare option too, for some social fun with other dogs. The vets and nurses have been great too. Very caring and engaged in your pet when we have needed their services.
L.Very great place! The service there is VERY good!! I got 3 of my pets from CareVets and I love them so much! The people there are very kind and take good care of the animals and other things like fish and sometimes they have a pet lizard! There is also puppy preschool there which is amazing, I know someone who works there and they put heaps of effort into the puppy preschool to make sure you and your puppy get a great experience and learn some things! I HIGHLY recommend CareVets Rotutuna!
S.We rang in the morning, and were able to see a vet that evening. Friendly vet, and our normally ‘not so friendly’ cat seemed at ease!

E.Honestly the best vet I have been to they were very friendly and explained everything I need to know and they made sure my girl was well cared for before and after also reasonable price aswell they will be my girls docs for the rest of her life thank you so much 🥰
D.One of the best vet practises around for my dog when I had her. The venue includes a cattery and pet supplies. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and have gone above and beyond when it comes to questions and assistance.
M.The vet understood the emotion of my dog and saw how scared she was so she treated her on the floor so as not to cause anymore anxiety. You can see how much she loves animals.
b.Good place to go if you want pet accessories but if you have a really sick animal I definitely wouldn't recommend going here. They sent my cat home without any treatment and she probably Would have died if I didn't take her to a more competent vet.
C.Have always received excellent and caring service, and the dogs seem to enjoy their treatment.
