Super happy with the service I received. Appointment was for an annual vaccine. I asked for extra advice about my dogs symptoms and behaviour and the vet did a thorough check which resulted in 3 additional procedures. Done and dusted.

I took my pet into have her vaccination yesterday, and the vet was very nice, and friendly, and made my pet feel relaxed. But the one thing that I did not appreciate, was when something minor was found wrong with my pet, suddenly I had all these words thrown at me, on how to solve the problem, and the amount it would cost. I was not very impressed to say the least. I know that the vet was doing her job, but I felt like I was being put on a guilt trip, and really the decision was mine to decide where to go from there, not hers. My pet's welfare is very important to me, but not everyone can afford $500, to get their pet's teeth cleaned. I'm now deciding whether to return to the Pet Doctors or whether to find another animal clinic.

Just taken my kitten Milo in the other day to get checked.excellent friendly service.

Pet Doctors staff was friendly and amazing. So kind and caring. Professional and clearly cared about the animals wellbeing above most other things. I'll definitely be bringing future fur babies into this vet

Absolutely wonderful caring staff all round. Will definitely stick with Pet Doctors. They took care of our wee cat Missy after she had an accident. I was kept up to date with all treatments, potential treatments and possible outcomes. Very open and honest. They do have a payment plan available if need be which was very helpful for me. Thank you to all staff. Very much appreciated. I highly recommend your clinic and services. Awesome team! :)

Always a pleasure to take my fur baby in for check-ups and appointments. The staff are friendly, engaging & always show the utmost care towards both pet and owner. Very pleased with the services provided.

Convenient to us. The staff are great as expected. They didn't have big dog harnesses which would have been handy at the time of my visit.

I am treated as a knowledgeable pet owner and breeder and have always had the utmost time for the dedication they have given my cats and dogs. I am treated as a valued client and have always been able to discuss aspects of treatment or care fully. The team has maintained its highly professional approach over the years and have felt the team is always wanting to advance their knowledge. I like the genuine interest they take in my animals welfare, and treat them with gentleness and respect. Good people, great team.

The staff at Pet Doctors are amazing, very friendly, caring and supportive even in the saddest of times. Our remaining pussy cat who is now 19 years old, attends regularly for weight and health checks. She always treated like a VIP, even when she (the cat) is in a grumpy mood.

Very helpful and very nice!!!! Brought my rabbit in to be weighed today and they were extremely nice people!!!!!!! So glad I live so close to them :) highly recommend bringing your littled loved one here as they will be in the hands of great people

The guys and gals at the Pet Doctors in Dinsdale are just amazing with my kitties. They are always so loving and gentle with them and you can tell they are animal lovers. Even when we lose our animals, you can tell it hits them hard too. They are always so friendly and helpful and I appreciate having them to help me look after my kitties :-)

I have been using Pet Doctors for years, and I would never go anywhere else, Whilst they might be seen as "pricy" compared to other vets in Waikato.. they are worth it. The things I like most about them are: * They are human, They care and they know you as a person not just as a number * They always put the animals first over money/profit * The counter staff are always super friendly and lovely to deal with. I could not rate them higher :)

I would thoroughly recommend the whole team at Pet Doctors Dinsdale. Vets Chris McCaughan and Crystal Loh (and previously Dave Baumberg) are responsible for my dog Tama still being alive. No exaggeration. Dave saved his life a couple of times early on when he was run right over by the farm ute and then badly bitten by another dog, Crystal has preserved his life by dealing with chronic serious arthritis, and Chris and Paula saved him recently when he had eaten slug pellets. The vet nursing staff are great too. They are not just competent, but caring: I won't forget their compassion when I had to have my beloved old cat put down.

We have been coming to the Pet Doctors for many years. The service and compassion has always been outstanding. From pet care to purchasing provisions I would recommend the Pet Doctors.
