Melissa has been seeing my two cats lately. She’s been super amazing with my two babies who have been having issues lately. So patient, kind and goes full out with diagnostics to get to the bottom of the problem. Awesome vet!! Totally recommend her if anyone is looking for a new vet! Great vets are an essential when you have special needs fur kids that’s for sure!

I take my hat off to this place. The vet lady, she is sent from heaven, so kind and actually has a heart for our animals. So kid can't even explain how she helped our honey. Totally blown away as no vet had treated us with as much heart as her, oh and their other vet in central. Genuine people

Beautiful people inside and out. Kind, caring, concerned. Eager to assist. Empathetic. So sweet to our cat. Best vet in my book, normally my cat is anxious but she was so calm because of how she was treated. Great service, at the same time inexpensive.

Our Dengi need operation again this year. The vet gave us a qoute of estimate price. On the day off surgery there was a paper for me to sign for estimate cost as well. When I come back to pick him up there was no surprise and claim form has been done for me no need to chase them like care vet chartwell. The vet rang me for the result of biopsy again unlike care vet chartwell that never give me a result. So far very happy for a quality survice.

Every vet that we have seen here has been helpful, informative and caring. I feel like our pets are holistically cared for and I trust these vets with their well-being. Never felt overcharged or talked down to. Would recommend

A really great place to take your pets for general care and health.

I have been taking our cat to Pet Doctors, Hillcrest for about six months now. Carlos (the cat) was surrounded by a team of wonderful people who genuinely care for the pets in their care. I like the way I can get involved in my cats care and the team at Pet Doctors are happy to share their knowledge which helps me provide better at home care. There's always an opportunity to learn something new, have a good laugh and leave feeling exceptionally confident about looking after my cat.

Pet Doctors at Hillcrest have been my vet for 15+ years, and yesterday’s visit was typical of the friendly, helpful, efficient, professional service that I have enjoyed from the whole team, for all those years. I strongly recommend you try them out!!!😁

Hillcrest Pet Doctors do a great job at looking after my dogs. Every interaction that I have had with them has been positive and they have brought my elderly dog back to good health.

Found a cat that seemed to be choking but it was actually in it's death throes, I rushed it into Pet Doctors but it died. A big thanks to the helpful staff for their assistance and advice. They were going to scan it to see if it was chipped. The cat was black looked healthy, well fed, and mature but not old. It was found on Fox St Hamilton East opposite the park.

Excellent surgical service on our dogs eye problems. We chose Pet Doctors because they were able to link us up with a specialist Vet @ their Tristram St clinic. We are so happy we chose to have the tricky surgery completed by Joss. It is a difficult decision to choose a surgeon to undertake tricky eye surgery; luckily we found Joss and after booking an appointment and having a check-up, her service and attention to our dog gave us the confidence to select Joss to do the job. We have had excellent results.

All our dealings with Pet Doctors since getting our Labradoodle have been great. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and most certainly have the good of our pet at front of mind
