T.The ladies at the front desk are so kind. This vet is amazing. The nurses are really informative and will give you a follow up call. The products here are much lower in price than everywhere else. Really all round five star service.

L.Great first experience with Vet Ora Hamilton. The care from the staff was fantastic! Jo the receptionist was so lovely, great to talk to and managed time and communication effectively with a walk in emergency causing a short wait. The vet was also very nice and gave me options for treatment for my little kitty. Thank you for your care and service! The price is very fair and I don't mind paying for excellent service and care. I will happily return again.
D.The team at Vetora are so kind. You can tell they really care about the animals that go to their clinic. They managed the Level 3 restrictions well, still taking time to be informative and respectful. I'd recommend them to anyone.
t.Aurore is my vet she's amazing, she's clear, concise and explains everything in depth ... I feel she truly cares 4 our fur baby's ❤ This is my girl currently having her special wash which she loves (not!!) Aurore is working with me to get her skin problem under control... highly recommend this place been here all my adult life with my animals!!!
M.Rang on a Saturday afternoon and got in Sunday morning. Friendly vets. Cat needed antibiotics and an abscess cleaned. Awesome weekend service and price!

R.A couple of years ago my cat broke his leg. The bones were shattered so the best option for him was to take his leg off. They looked after him while I worked out my finances. They did the surgery and would text me with updates and photos of him. He is now doing great it's like he never had the 4th leg.
A.Always well taken care of and listend to. I feel like they have the animals best interest at heart.
A.I've known this particular group of people before they were known as Vetora and their service never fails. Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Always friendly and highly recommended to friends and family alike.

V.Been going here for years always great to my animals .... kandy says thanks!! Only thing I wish is that people didn't ruin it for others when paying off their bills. I was able to pay off my account off here 4 years until one day just wasnt allowed, and sux being punished for ceryain peoples actions and that makes it hard on people who care for their animals that actually bring them to the vets. Only negative guys!!!

K.Staff is so lovely and very affordable prices compared to other vet clinics. My dog had gotten a bone stuck deep in her gums and she had to be sedated to get it out. I had rung 3 different vets this morning but was told they were fully booked out and to try somewhere else. I called vetora and although they were also fully booked for the day and pushed for time they still offered to help my girl out because of the pain she would be dealing with and concerns of an infection. Storm and I are extremely grateful for what you done for her today we can't thank you enough 🙂❤️ highly recommend Vetora

p.Paddy our Dooman (not sure if he is a dog or human) has been going to Vetora for over 10 years. The staff are friendly and helpful evenwhen he leaves embarrasing parcels about the place. The care is good and Paddy's health is heir main concern. Vetroa also has differend ways to pay which makes expenses more manageable. Paddy woofs thanks Vetora

T.Haven't actually used their vets but love the dog wash is open 24/7 outside so you don't have to trample your dirty dog through the clean floors inside is great. Also that they have outdoor seating for people with reactive/timid etc pets and is undercover is such a brilliant idea!
T.Cattery is great. Looked after our two cats very well. They have both been relaxed since returning home. Great staff who are professional and friendly. Good value.
R.My white-haired 12 yo cat William needed both ears removed (pinnectomy) due to skin cancer. Marilyn at administration provided me with a price estimate over the phone unlike CareVets or Animates. The vet Dr. Robert Bird who performed the surgery offered to charge me the cost of removing both ears for virtually the cost of the removal of one.
I appreciate their candid honesty and trust them to give my pets the dedicated care that they require at a very reasonable price.
