J.My neighbors asked me to take their dog to get a cut paw seen too. After a 40min wait. The young lady who dealt with the dog was very abrupt to the piont it was rude. She told me to put the dog on the table. I was quiet gob smacked. Here I am 70yrs with a very over weight dog and told to lift her onto the table. I said "I'm not sure I can lift her" she replied "just put her up on the table". So I did manage to get her up with a bit if a struggle. She then berated me on how over weight the dog was, I had already told her the dog wasn't mine. But she continued to get on my case how something needed to be done, and what I should feed her. The way she spoke to me made me feel humiliated. I told her twice the dog wasn't mine. She then told me I needed to tell the owners that they needed to do something about it. She looked as tho she was about 24yrs old. I was so relieved to get out of there. I'm so pleased they are not my vet. I'll stick with Vet Services who's customer service is sooo much nicer
A.New vets, took one of our dogs in for checkup, liked facilities, friendly staff. Did take 25mins to be seen even though we had an appointment. Jury still out on if we like these vets?
E.I called on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm they close at 3pm on weekends. VETS ONE Hastings. I sent a picture to the Vet so they could view inflammation sight as I wasn't sure if it was something urgent or not. They said our Canine Son had to go into clinic for treatment for Hot Spot ( Fungal moisture patch weeping discharge under the fur inflamed irritation on the skin causes your animal to continuously biting which pulls the fur out in that one area to itch it causing bleeding seriously needs daily antiseptic cleansing and requires a topical antibiotic cream to soothe the itch until healed). Nick was the Veterinarian that attended my Canine Son and he was very professional in his services. As our pet was dramatic at that time from distress of his freshly made overnight condition. The cost was affordable so we had him flea and wormed at the same time as it was due as well. He had to wear a head cone brace to avoid him biting or licking the area. Our Son was given little treats at the time of consultation for being such a great patient. Thank you Nick and Assistant for making our visit less stressful and helping our Son recuperate from his self inflicted ordeal.
M.First visit to Vet with puppy, absolutely outstanding service from the team, made MacGregor comfortable from the second we walked in. Accurate info to everything asked and super friendly, would 100% recommend

C.Highly recommend. We have taken our dog here a few times and the staff are absolutely fantastic. They are friendly, patient and take the time to explain things thoroughly and ensure that both myself and my dog are comfortable. Our girl seems to enjoy coming in and getting all the positive attention, even when she can be a little difficult at times 😝 She is a bit spoilt and anxious but this clinic has our full confidence.

X.Really nice facility, well thought out design for the waiting area. Great selection of high quality available items. Staff were really personable, and the vet we saw was the right mix of practical, knowledgeable, and kind. We had a minor mishap enroute with our cat carrier and they had a rental available that made taking the cats home a breeze. The prices are reasonable, not the cheapest you can find, but fair for the quality of what they have on offer.

I.We brought our cat here because we weren’t impressed with the other clinic we went to. Our cat gets very anxious and fussy around other people, he will claw his way out of anything if he’s uncomfortable. The last clinic couldn’t even get their hands on him to get his temp or weight, so we were very apprehensive about bringing him in this morning. But man oh man was our experience at this clinic the complete opposite. The vet (Mia) was AHHMAZING with our boy. She was so personable with him, always making sure she didn’t do anything to make our boy feel threatened, and made us feel like she had all the time in the world to get to the bottom of the issue. She got his temperature, weight AND listened to his heart & breathing with her stethoscope. She was very personable with us and gave us SO much information, it didn’t feel like a guessing a game or that we had to go home and try to figure it out ourselves through google. We are so ecstatic about our experience here. This place is definitely our go to for our boy even if it’s a 20 minute drive!!

R.Took my cat to the vet to be spayed and when I picked Charlie up the veterinarian nurse took the time to explain to me how I should take care of Charlie and if anything were to happen while sutures were in, what I should do.
Very nice staff there. I managed to get Charlie into the veterinarian in time as I found out that Charlie had just become pregnant and another week and they would've been tiny fetuses.

A.My Labrador had surgery and during the whole process I felt reassured because of their professionalism and care towards my dog. Now, five years later he needs surgery again. There is no place I would rather go for my dogs welfare. Admittedly, some of the staff are not strong on small talk and niceties but in the end what do you want, to talk about the weather or someone concentrating on your pets welfare?
