haven't used their services yet, they're very busy, ill change my rating if they actually help people that need it, I got told "we're not taking on anymore clients so you'll have to find somewhere else I'm sorry.. " -my pet is dying and that's the response I got 😢

My dogs love coming here, in fact as soon as we arrive they want to get out and through the doors. The two vets which are looking after my girls, Glenn and Karen are just amazing. They genuinely love and care for dogs and they are not a number on a bank balance. I live in Napier but I would never change to a vet closer to home. The atmosphere is light and friendly and you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in.

Great team of Vets who are very professional and excellent with animals. Gave me some great advice on how to handle my parent dogs as well as what to expect after the treatment. Definitely recommend - my parent have been taking their animals there for years, so that speaks volumes.

Fabulous caring staff who were very competent in the care of our dog. We were out of towners on holiday and they worked late to treat our dog who was acutely unwell. They didn't rush his care and have provided ongoing phone support and follow up. Super impressed. If we lived in the area these guys would definitely be our vet. Amazing service and lovely staff.

This is one vet who really cares about the animals. Our dogs can't get through the doors fast enough, they love all the staff. We would not even think of using another vet. Even having to travel over from Napier is worth it

Thank you so very much for the love and kindness the staff gave to myself and my son when we had to put our beautiful Cat to sleep, of which we had for a little over 18 years. He was such a big part of our family, and it was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made. An extra special thanks to Kate Holland the Veterinarian who guided us so kindly and precisely through the procedure with absolute care and respect for both of us and our beloved Cat.
