A.We walked in at 8am opening time with no appointment. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they took our dog into care straight away and told us we'll contact you later in the morning. The vet called me to explain what needs to be done. All went extremely well and we picked up Bramble later that afternoon.

s.Great place for animal care in Katikati. The staff really went out of their way to help us find medication for our dog on arriving from the USA. He had been taking a certain medication that is not available here in New Zealand, but they made several phone calls and found an equivalent medication for us. Such a big help. Very dedicated and caring.
