Unfortunately our first experience of using Your Mobile Vet Ltd was to put our very sick 13yr old cat Toby to sleep. It was a long wait re appointment as we could not be given a specific time, but... I have to say they are truly lovely, professional people and we appreciate we got to be in our own home to farewell our much loved pet. Highly recommend.

The vet/vet nurse who put our very sick senior mastiff to sleep at home were amazing. It was our first time dealing with this company and they gave us all the time we needed both before and after the euthanasia. It was a very hard time letting our fur baby go over the rainbow bridge and they explained everything, what we should expect, and they didn't pressure us under time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a fantastic, compassionate vet service.

We had to put our aging kitty to sleep. Mikaela and her assistant were very supportive and professional. Price was reasonable for a home visit. $210. Well worth it to avoid more stress taking kitty to a vet. Highly recommended.

Jono was absolutely amazing with my Lily today - slight hesitation at the start, but so clearly a difference from bringing her into a vet clinic. Super patient, calm and the vaccinations were given with no fuss or issues. Lily even allowed him to check her teeth and touch her face, as well as remove a slight patch of matted fur behind her ear which she usually will make more of a fuss over getting done by other vets - Jono must be a dog whisperer :D First, but not the last, time I am using Your Mobile Vet <3

Oh my goodness, I had such an amazing experience with my vet Jennifer from Your Mobile Vet!! I had been stressing for weeks about having my very skittish cat seen, I had feared many claws and dramas. Somehow Jennifer made the entire process so calm and seamless, there was less drama even with needles involved than a regular day with my kitty. Could not thank the team enough and highly recommend!!

Really happy with my experience so far using Your Mobile Vet, my dog Koby had been quite unwell and after a consult at home he ended up needing a bladder stone removed. They were so caring and great with him and I love how he was the only one there getting surgery so all their attention was on him the whole time he was there, he wasn't just put in a crate to wait his turn or to recuperate. When I came to pick him up he was with one of the vet nurses who was keeping him snuggled up in a warm towel while they waited for me to get there. The main reason I wanted to use this service is because I have a very nervous female dog who gets really scared at the vets and I wanted to see how she would go with a home vet. After experiencing this with my male dog Koby I can already see the difference in their behavior being consulted and treated at home, my female dog even came and lay down with us while Koby was being consulted so it just goes to show how less stressful of a situation having the vet come to you and be on the floor with the dog can be. Koby didn't even know he had a vet there, he just thought he was having a cuddle with some new people at our house. I'm just so happy this service exists. Thank you so much to the whole team and I wont be using anyone else in future, I am definitely a fan!

After having 3 people recommend this company to me I booked and can happily say Ill never go elsewhere. Had a lovely couple of vets come to our home today & they were brilliant with our 14month old pup. They quickly diagnosed the problem, referred us to a clinic for surgery who touched base within the hour. Great value for money but more importantly they were so good with our dog! They were on the floor with her and made the appointment comfortable and stress-free. Thank you so much team!

The team at Your Mobile Vet are absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend a vet as much as i can with this team. They are the most supportive, professional, cari g and kind team around. They have helped my precious boy who was 2 months shy of 24, have a peaceful send off. We were not rushed at all, and there were some light hearted comments throughout the process. I have another cat and dog also looked after by Your Mobile Vet and I would not go anywhere else. I feel so much more at ease with them coming into my home, and its stress free for my animals. They are always smiling and willing to go all lengths to help the animals out. They go above and beyond and I will be forever grateful to this team. I wish I could post a picture of my beautiful boy, but they know who he is x

Had a visit from Mobile Vets 15 July and they were very caring, kind and attentive with my senior kitty. They shaved and groomed her under sedation and even gave me a discount on what it should have cost. She is much happier and cuddling more (also because she is cold!) Thank you 😻😻

Amazing! Very helpful with my dog who is unable to get in and out of vehicles due to his size and mobility issues.

Our dog was a large boy and our property made it impossible for us to be able to get him to the car and take him to the vet (and if we were to try we would have put him in extreme discomfort). We brought Your Mobile Vet in to have a look over our boy and even though we were getting bad news, I couldn't have asked for it to be delivered in a kinder manner. Your Mobile Vet was absolutely cruicial in our boys final moments, giving him comfort and having the right tools to comfortably get him to the van. Your Mobile Vet organised everything so by the time we got to the clinic, the vets knew who was coming in, why and what direction to start with for diagnosis and treatment. They made the effort to wish us the best before they left and were kind enough to handle the billing etc over email as we were distracted. It can't be an easy job to be in, even though its been a few years. The actions of this company stay with us and are brought up whenever we are remembering our old mate. You went above and beyond to make a rough situation easier for us and I can't tell you how much we all appreciate that. And because we can't repay that, we figure the next best thing we can do is tell internet strangers our experience because all animals deserve to get the kind of care that these guys offer. Its clear they love animals and at the end of the day that all any pet owner could ask for out of a Vet.

Great vet, caring and really help to make it less stressful for pets and their owners.

Jono and team look after all vet needs for my 20 month old Boxer. Puts my pupper right at ease before treating him. No stress whatsoever. Very knowledgeable and highly recommended if you want to take the pain out of vet visits.

This is the second time I’ve used these guys and I’m super impressed. Our trusted vet of many years passed away and I tried several places before I found your mobile vet. They are lovely with my animals and are incredibly clear with options for treatment. I’m confident my babies are in the best possible hands.

I don't usually do reviews but I was so impressed with the service. They were warm, kind, compassionate, very experienced, accommodating and are obviously putting animals before profit. Unusual to find these days. I had to have an elderly cat put to sleep and there was no extra charge for sedation which can be up to $130 extra. Way to go guys. Thank you so much. You made a stressful situation so much more bearable.

I'm sold, I'll be calling these guys from now on when my pets need care. I phoned early this morning, they arrived a few hours later, bang on time, super friendly, treated both my animals with care and compassion, best of all we didn't have to leave the house! No stress, I was happy with the price, perfect. The invoice arrived immediately with easy online payment options. Honestly it couldn't have been easier. Fantastic!!

We have had a hard time finding a vet to work with our dog who has a phobia of vets. Jono was amazing - I am so pleased we were recommended to try him out. He truly loves animals and this is very apparent in the way he interacts with them! He was more than happy to work with us and help our dog get over his phobia. Also I love he can come to us, it takes out the stress of getting to the vet and is quite convenient.

If you're in Auckland and looking for a vet for your pet, I cannot recommend the team at Your Mobile Vet any more! My dog is super scared of the vet and forcing her just isn't an option (have you ever tried to force a Bull Terrier to do anything before?) so we booked Your Mobile Vet for a sedation, nail trim and an ear check up. The pricing is so reasonable, you pay for mileage based on your location and then the consult/treatment fee, but we were so pleasantly surprised at how easy and affordable it was. We even got medications in our hands at the time. The vet and vet nurse came and weighed our dog, then gave her a sedation in our living room, popped her on the couch and got to work, then did an ear clean and reversed the sedation. Ginny was super happy and chilled, so much less stress than getting her to a vet and it fit right into my work day.

We highly recommend Your Mobile Vet. Their service was excellent and they treated our beloved cat with such care. They were also so comforting, caring and accommodating to us. I've used Jono's mobile vet service many times since he started and he and his staff have always been brilliant. Sure it's a bit more expensive, but it's worth it for the lack of stress compared with wrangling cats into carriers, driving etc. My dogs are always happy to go anywhere in a car, of course, but once in a vet waiting room they also start stressing and worrying. And one in particular doesn't handle the small consulting room dynamics :( Having the vet come to our home and sit on the floor getting the animals comfortable is a better experience for all of us.
