Sick feline was seen the same day, within hours actually (5 stars)... Although wasn't offered extra medications for the next few days until I asked for them (2 stars)... Was rung on Saturday with confirmed diagnosis via lab results (5 stars)... But, when rung back was on hold half an hour with no answer and then was after closing time (2 stars)... Following Wednesday cat relapsed and phoned again. Very helpful and some advice regarding diet (5 stars).. BUT this was only their in house brand of five dollar a day cans with no real information about alternatives or what to try if cat refuses food (3 stars)...

Fantastic staff, the veterinarians are amazing!!! Levin is very lucky to have such educated veterinarians. I'm very thankful to have them handling my birds and that I don't have to drive for 2 hrs for a good avaviary vet!!! Keith's looks after all my ducks

Location - Easy to find, ample free parking, no slopes/stairs. Service - Exceptional customer service from both medical and administration staff, personalised and genuine. Goods - Standard range of household pet products for cats/dogs, caters for farm/working animals as well, immaculately clean in-store, beautifully presented deceased care packages given. Recommend - Definitely, our whānau vet until we leave the area.

Charlie and his team are honestly beyond words,there care and concern over Milly has been amazing,Charlie is so gentle and kind,and never ending support for a difficult time,he so genuinely cares about my little Milly and has told me to get hold of him anytime,I'm fortunate enough that I'm able to pay him off for treatment,I don't no of any other vet who puts the care of there pet before money. No matter what the outcome will be after seeing Massey on Tuesday,I can't thank him enough for his love,care,and support.

Am so very grateful for the team at LHVC. We had to bring our Dog in for emergency surgery yesterday and the team were amazing, from the vet right down to the lovely ladies running reception. You made us feel at ease when our stress levels were through the roof and reassured us. We went in thinking we were going to have to get our girl put to sleep but she was able to be treated and she's now at home recovering well. She received the utmost care. Thank you all so very much.

It's a comforting place to be when you need to lay your beloved animal to rest. The staff are all very lovely, helpful with your pets. The vet's are very supportive and look after your pets when they examine them. I highly recommend them for all your animal requirements.

I have always had pleasant experiences with my pet's at the clinic over the years. The reception desk does seem to have a high staff turnover rate especially in the last couple of years which is a shame. This may be why some of the reviews I have just read are so very negative. There is always two sides to every story and I for one will stand behind LHVC and their services. Thanks, Carol.

Have been with this vet for more than 10 years and have had nothing but good service and respectful interactions, have had no problems negotiating payments when more one very costly emergencies have occurred with my puppy (at the time) and my cat. I take all my animals here, 3 cats 1 dog and 2 Guinea pigs.

A few weeks ago our 9 month old kitten was injured. We took her Levin and Horowhenua Veterinary and they took amazing care of her. Unfortunately, even after her receiving top notch care, we had to make the hard decision to let her go. The team at Levin and Horowhenua Vets were so kind and considerate and even their bill was very reasonable. Then today, we have received a card of condolences from them for the loss of our kitten. What a lovely, kind gesture. Thank you.
