Great service. Dogs skin issues fix in 6 weeks with no drugs after years of steroids from other vets. Great team at both greytown and masterton

Great team, always helpful. They took great care of my dog. So glad we changed to here.

Heidi and the team have taken excellent care of our four Abyssinians over the years, most recently undertaking a complicated surgery on our young cat who was mauled by a stray dog with excellent results. The team are genuinely caring, going the extra mile to ensure animals in their custody are both physically and emotionally looked after - plenty of cuddles! Heidi is a highly accomplished surgeon, and provides considered advice that blends her preference for natural solutions with hard science, always with a focus on the best outcome for the animal. When this outcome was in one case euthanasia, her team handled the process with sensitivity and genuine care. The clinic's rates are reasonable, they offer a great range of products and always provide great customer service.

Lovely and professional people who provide excellent service and care for there animals

Our family have used VetCare Masterton for many years and have always found them to be reliable and knowledgable. I can't recommend them enough. Heidi in particular is an extremely experienced vet who will give a straight up, honest diagnosis almost immediately. The rest of the team are really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have taken my animals to other vets in the Wairarapa for reasons of convenience, but all of them have fallen well short of the service we get at VetCare. There are those who have given VetCare a bad review, but in my view these are few and far between and not worth the space they take up on the internet. If you want professionalism, experience and honesty - go to VetCare. You will NOT be disappointed.

A very caring clinic, who not only care for your pets but also their community.

Fantastic vet we are new to the area so hadn't yet enrolled with someone. They are obviously very animal focused and really care about your pet. Thank you so much for fitting my little cat Zachary in on Friday when I came home from work to find him beaten up. And I just have to add how have I reached 40 years of age and only now for the first time ever been offered liquid antibiotics for a cat. OMG so so soooooooo much easier to get into him.

Heidi and her friendly staff at Vetcare are amazing..have helped me out with my foster work and own animals many times over the years.. always happy and willing to help day or night very sensitive and caring through hard times and good!. Great advice . Definitely recommend them for your pets health and care!

I travel from Upper Hutt to see Heidi and her team. My dog had years of steroids and antibiotics until she went to Vetcare. All her treatments are natural and My dog is in much Better condition now. I would rate them higher if I could. Excellent service every time

Fantastic sevice, care is brilliant. The concern I have is you cannot go through to the vet with your animal. An antiqued way of operating in 2020.

All the staff are amazing, kind and obviously care deeply about their patients. An absolute delight to deal with. Highly recommend them 👍

We are very fortunate to have met Heidi and the team when we did. We feel the Dog’s interests are always put before anything else, with great advice and less harsh natural remedies when appropriate. We have had many successes within our breeding program which simply wouldn’t have been possible without the huge knowledge base accompanied by the speedy and professional actions of the whole team at Vetcare, whether it be life saving treatment of seasonal mushroom toxicity or seamless Sunday Orthopaedic engineering through to after hours Obstetrician and Midwifery services, the team will always go the extra mile to make sure we’ve understood the situation and the best options. This really is the one stop shop for a service genuinely from the heart. No one likes having an animal at the vets (pet or working) but we always know our guys are in great hands if we need to leave them behind for extra care and attention. We’ve tried a few, but we’ve found the best now and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Thanks again Vetcare, see you again soon!!!

The animal care is 1st class also aftercare. We travel from Upper Hutt to have our 3 pets cared for by these outstanding people. Recommend to everyone i speak too. Simply the BEST!!

I have had nothing but brilliant service from Vetcare Masterson. Having to trust ANYONE with the care and survival of my babies is an incredibly hard thing to do, but I quickly learnt that they are in completely safe hands, and that the animals welfare is their number one concern. I am eternally grateful to have such caring wonderful staff to take care of my girls when they need it. Thank you!

We cannot say enough about Heidi and her team after the treatment of two major operations to our Miss Kassie dog. We really appreciate your expertise. The follow up post and pre operations was second to none. Thank for being such a caring team. Heidi we would entrust you and your team with any of our pets.

We needed some worming jabs for our lambs "urgently" on the weekend. These guys went out to make sure we got what we needed - very helpful. When most of the big players were shut for the weekend these guys delivered. Our lambs look good now.
