J.This vet clinic is amazing, 5 star service. They have been great for our dogs and cats. They have operated on our cat with a broken leg and got her back to normal. We will be forever grateful. Chloe is an amazing vet. Nursing staff all very caring. Would give them 10 stars out of 5. They are busy, but worth the wait. Thank you.
A.I've only ever had pleasant encounters with the team. They are patient, kind and helpful. Fees are perfectly reasonable. I really appreciate how well they care for cats and know just how to calm and reassure them...especially my nervous cat who hates people. Chloe is THE BEST she is amazing with the animals!
D.Out of towners needing some advice on treatment of a skin allergy for our little Yorkshire Terrier. Zena was so helpful and empathetic. She spoke to the vet and rung us back with the name of a treatment we could purchase with a dosage. Great service.

M.Kind, caring, thorough, and well-priced. Excellent parking away from the busy street. Our vet, Kushal Dave, was gentle, compassionate, and respectful toward our aged cat. He offered us a medication to make Kitty comfortable, with a plan for follow-up once she's better able to tolerate further examination. Our 7-year-old daughter was welcomed and felt very much part of the process, given explanations and a job to do to make her feel important and responsible. Highly recommended.
t.dr alison graham, is a buddha in vet form. she has not only saved my babies but also sees the bigger picture in human animal relations and parenthood
L.Just very cool in what was a crisis for me. Cat was sick and regular vet was literally packed out. Carlise have working relationship with Taradale vet hospital and they stepped in. They looked after MY emotional need as well as caring for my cat. Gold.

L.I was nervous to take my two boys in, obviously thinking what they would be thinking, why do you do this to us mum? I walked in, I really didnt feel a "caring" atmosphere, it was more like, its my job get on with it. Yes, my cats came home a little off balance lol but thats expected. The job was done really well, I think reception wise, to be more mindful because everyone who drop their pets off, just want that little bit of assurance, that the pet will be fine. Thank you Karen, I appreciate you following up. Great place, affordable prices, just need to make the nervous parents feel comfortable leaving their pets there. But thank you to the vets, job well done!!
P.Getting vaccinated for a stay at a cattery identified 3 bad teeth. Good to have the extractions and to know Reuby won't be suffering without me being aware he was not doing well.
T.I have been at Carlyle for a long time now, though it was very hard when I lost my dog, was a confusing time with what was wrong and the euthanasia wasn’t pretty. It wasn’t peaceful at all, I don’t think this was the vets fault though. They were very caring. Had tissues ready, candles, soft music, a sign for him.
Always remember you, always try to go the extra mile for you and I think they are the best quality and value in Hawkes bay.
V.We called for a last minute appt on a weekend as a new patient. We were able to get in and get our pet assessed. The vet was very nice and was able to explain everything.

Over the past 4 years I've found myself to be quite a regular, seen a few staff come and go over the years but not once has the level of care dropped. The staff are amazing, they've always done their best with my somewhat special and tricky animals.
They go out of their way to help where they can, Mike's experience and knowledge is unbeatable! Highly recommend!

C.Emergency stop on our travells for Penny my dog. They sorted her out very quickly and efficientltly. If I lived in Napier I would enroll Penny hete. The staff were great.
J.Over the years back in Napier I've had 3 dogs under the care of these vets. So caring & everything is carefully explained. I usually see Mike but have used other staff who are all wonderful. Would never go anywhere else. Receptionist/s always cheerful. :-)

K.If my cats could write reviews it would be 5 stars from all them! My turtle hates coming to the clinic but the staff are amazing even with grumpy and anxious pets. The staff always have compassion and empathy. Having a sick pet is never nice but I know the staff here will do everything they can to get my pets happy and healthy again

S.Incredibly kind caring staff my dog passed away and we took her to Carlyle Veterinary Clinic her ashes were returned promptly in a lovely casket with her initials on it with a lovely card. The staff showed compassion in our time of bereavement. Never had a dog cremated before but can recommend them.
D.Chloe was wonderful, was a difficult time and she is full of compassion and beautiful with the animals and the human clientele. I was so glad she was on the after hours that night.

K.I have known about this veterinary services for thirty six years. Michael used to take care of or prized Sydney silky, amongst caring for our dolphins in Marine land, and servicing our larger farming areas, beloved pooches and puss cats, pigs or guineas, horses and cows. Talented and may I say the very best veterinary services in the bay. Staff are friendly, costs are very reasonable, and positive reinforcement for your animals experience is primary.

R.Fantastic service, facilities and staff! One of my cats is likely every vets nightmare (huge, grumpy and POLYDACTYL) and I wouldn't hesitate to pay did they add a surcharge for the injuries he routinely inflicts. Then there was my large, over-cheerful rescue pitbull who knocked over anyone that came within kissing range before peeing on the reception rug... Every. Time. Not to mention my sometimes miltary-esque interrogations on anything from food, flea treatment to general pet care.
