H.I recently had to have my beloved Rocky PhatKat put to forever sleep. Julia (vet) was a mountain of knowledge and able to give me an informed decision in a reasonable timeframe with only a little help from Craig (ophthalmologist). Jess R (nurse) assisted and was also amazing, as always. Very respectful during the process and let me take all the time I needed before letting him go. I even saw Jess scoop him up in her arms so carefully as I was leaving. No easy task for such a big boy. Beautiful to know that Rocky was looked after, even after he had gone, in a way I would want him to be. Thank you team, I really appreciate it and I can never thank you enough.
