Lovely compassionate vet care. My first visit today with two kittens. The vet was gentle and kind when handling the patient and both kittens left looking very relaxed. Straightforward and clear instructions for administration of the meds too, which I appreciated. Thank you for making it a good experience for all.

My pets and I have been going here for about 15 years! The staff are friendly, approachable and take the time to explain things to you in a way that you understand. A few years ago, my childhood dog died. The next day, I received flowers, a condolences card, and a note saying they'll write off the balance owing, and cover the cost of her cremation! (Note that was before Animates bought in, so they may not do that now). I was absolutely blown away with their kindness in such a devastating time, and have stayed loyal with them ever since then.

Wow I'm so blown away at the staff here, called with an emergency on closing and the vet stayed behind until I got there, so professional and friendly. Clearly genuine animal lovers that have a lot of pride in what they do. Thank you so very much

Used vets for my ageing cat, had to take her to have her put to sleep. Vet was very caring and excellent service. Now taking my puppy there and very happy with our caring vets and nurses.

Warren Stroud and his team are awesome, they looked after our Sophie when she broke her Cruciate ligaments and were so caring and helpful.

We have been here multiple times (unfortunately or fortunately - depending on your point of view!) and are always accommodating, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Good late night hours on most week days too for us commuters from Welly.

Great vet - Staff are very helpful, and obviously love animals. Hours are a good spread so you have options to get your fur babies a checkup later in the day or Saturday. Good advice and reasonable pricing.

Fantastic vet clinic. Our cat was poisoned and had a significant allergic reaction. He was in a very bad way and struggling to breathe when we turned up to the vet clinic - late in the evening and at very short notice. The vet saw us immediately even though the clinic was very busy; he was extremely professional and thorough and stayed late/ well past closing until our cat was stabilised. A bit shocked they are now closed weekends with no warning. Cannot get prescription cat food anywhere else.

They looked after my injured cat and were kind and caring when I raced him up after work tonight just before they were due to close 💕
