I have been using this clinic for the last 8 years approx and the experience only improves. These people are in it for the animal's before the $ unlike most clinics and still manage to provide a first class service.

My first time at this vets, and was very impressed with the service I got from all of the staff. Very caring. Also gave excellent advice in a non-judgemental way. My boy's foot pad was split open after a mountain adventure, it's the 3rd time he has had this type of injury, but the first time we have been told it isnt a food allergy! I am happy I made the decision to change to VetEnt, and Emma the vet couldn't have been lovelier. Highly recommend.

So caring and compassionate when I had to get my old dog put down. Gave him the absolute best care when he was still alive. Fantastic with my new dog too. Really fair prices too

First trial at this vet with a new kitten. The staff was awesome and really looked after the little guy. The staff answered all my questions and were able to help me with other options to ensure I could get what needed to be done for my little guy in the least invasive way possible. I'll definitely be bringing my dog ND other cat in here and be encouraging others to come as well. 👍

These were my dogs original Vets and we were happy with them. But they couldn’t help my dog with an unusual temporary castration, in order for our kennels to accept him, whilst we went overseas. Unfortunately, we were forced to use RVC Rangiora vet centre instead and regretted it. On our return our dog needed an operation to fix another issue, but RVC quoted us an additional $1500 for a very simple procedure. They proceeded to tell me that any natural remedies I had in mind, would do even more harm to my dog, if I tried using them. They wouldn’t even touch him, even though he was in the consult room and was displaying signs of an infection, unless I paid upfront the consultation fee. I didn’t have with me at the time. I felt so embarrassed and was made to look like some sort of con artist. We went back to our old vets at VetEnt further down the road. VetEnt inspected my dog straight away and didn’t even charge me for the consult, they quoted half the price for his operation and were so very much more caring. They also confirmed the natural remedy I had in mind was fine to use and would not harm my dog. I found VetEnt Rangiora, put the welfare of my dog first. They demonstrated that the true nature of their business, is animal welfare first. Money is secondary. I will always choose VetEnt, over and above the flashy other vets around.

VetEnt are professional and caring and it’s all about the animal and its wellbeing. The staff are amazing who show empathy and genuine care for your pet and you. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. I trust all the staff 100% and know that whatever they suggest or do is totally in my pets best interest. I would recommend PetEnt Rangiora to anyone and have done so on many occasions. They’re the best!

Very good vets and staff. They looked after Tia so well while being spayed. Nothing was a problem. All went well and very pleased with the price too.
