c.We’ve been going to town and country vets with our two dogs and one cat for some years now, they’ve always been very helpful and friendly. Recently we lost our dog of 15yrs they came to home to put her down for us, and showed wonderful empathy at a very sad time, Very thankful to whole team. Keep up the great work.
L.We were up near Nelson for a holiday and unfortunately our greyhound cut his paws and needed attention. We used the after hours service to get some help (with some follow up appointments) and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service, care, attention and kindness showed by all of the staff we interacted with! Thanks so much team. We're very grateful. A special shout out to Todd, who was awesome - he was thorough and very personable. We knew our pup was in good hands.

J.AMAZING vet Todd save my little girl sight after a another vets (3 in one practice)failed her and failed her again. She went into a their vet for a teeth clean , they nearly kill her with there incompetence they wanted to take her eye out !!!!! And so much more incompetence and they charged me 4 and a half thousand dollars. She was on deaths door, BUT TODD saved her she will always have eye problems thanks to the other mongrel vets but shes home happy and she has two eyes. The biggest thanks Todd definently use" town snd country" be very careful what vet you use in Nelson!!!!
t.Very friendly, very kind.... but not used to Not being able to go out back to see my baby... they took them... they got them! Kinda made it a bit impersonal!! Just wasn't used to that
N.They helped me with my pets when I had a bit of an emergency and also when one of my cats got hit and passed away they wrapped her in a lovely box and managed to find me as the owner through social media.
The team were very sympathetic and helpful. Much appreciated.

c.My dog had a lump.I rang T&C vets.They told me to send photos so they could assess.I received a response straight away.No charge for that.They genuinely like the animals and are kind to them.You can completely trust them with your pet.You can always get an appointment, even in the weekend.
