C.I have been using RVS since I got my first fur baby in Christchurch, 3 years running, same vet every time the staff are super friendly and helpful, they take care to remember their clients and their pets, such a personal thing to do that really makes me feel comfortable with the vets, they are always so gental with our animals too and they are the only vet I have ever been to that have completely accepted my staffies and treat them with respect, love thus vet honestly and I cannot recommend it enough, thank you RVS from myself my husband and all our fur babies

A.Could not recommend RVS more! We had a very sick wee goat and RVS made time to see him (even though we weren't registered with them), they instantly identified the problem and had him in surgery that day to make him comfortable over the weekend. Stanley had a second surgery the following Monday and two post op check ups. Alongside of this we received multiple follow up phone calls from staff checking in on his recovery. All of the staff at RVS treated us so well. They are friendly, supportive, attentive and thorough. Definitely recommend!! :)

F.I am actually visiting here tonight. The front staff are lovely, always helpful and kind. Only seen Nick a couple of times but when we had to have our dog out down he was very kind. I will always remember that this practice came to my dogs and when she was terribly sick, our previous get would not fit her in. It was very upsetting but the staff here were awesome and we now always visit here.

J.Thanks to the entire team at Rolleston Veterinary service. Our Family cat was a bit of a mystery, to found the cause of why she had a high temperature & off her food. She was thoroughly examined Through a process of elimination. I was updated throughout. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful. Would recommend.
L.We have 2 dogs and 4 cats that have visited. Friendly staff, great communication and much appreciated aftercare for my fur-babies. Very relaxed and stress-free environment for them at the surgery. Best practice in the area as I have changed recently.
M.The previous review I have read is totally in accurate!!! I’m a fussy person and all I receive from this clinic is care and compassion for our animal friends. I highly recommend Nick who I was referred to by another vet for specialist treatment over 8 years ago and now visit with a new pet. If you don’t get an answered phone immediately, it’s because they are busy and they do call you back!! They also have an option to press 1 for an emergency which luckily I have only needed to use once. I travel 35 minutes away to visit Nick and his lovely staff. Would not consider going else where 😊

NB: Not to be confused with Jones Rd Vet (who I might add are also fantastic - but mainly deal with 'domestic').
C.Have been our vetinary surgery for over a decade. The vets have always given our pets the best possible care, with explainations at every stage. We've found the reception staff accomodating and friendly and the nurses caring and kind to our animals. There is definitely a personal touch and they make you feel as though your family pet is the most important.
m.Most amazing and caring staff here. They did every thing to find us when our cat was taken in after being hit by a car and although he was deceased the staff were so compassionate and did all they could for us and I thank them from the very bottom of my heart.
