Best vets I have ever been too, They have looked after my fur baby so well and with so much respect. It make me feel better knowing that when fatty is there they show so much love to all the animals. Thank you guys so much ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you so much for looking at the duck I hit with the car when traveling through 😭 You were so friendly, had a really thorough look at her, and made me feel like I'd done the right thing. I dropped Ms. Duck back where I hit her and thought you might like to know that she immediately went to the stream and was paddling around with her friend (mate?) a second later. Thank you!!

The best Vets in town. Always friendly and kind. My dog isn't a fan of going to the Vets, so I appreciate how I can bring him in between visits and the ladies will give him pats to try and make it less scary for him. I also appreciate that you know how much the visit is going to cost at the beginning of your appointment.

Absolutely the best service from start to finish from everybody. Our dog had two major orthopaedic surgeries and the whole experience was professional & very friendly Can’t thank you enough. Would highly recommend this veterinary. Sue & Bim

Great place, clean and friendly staff. Go online for vouchers and save on entry. Prices are cheap anyway so don't fret. Pools of varying temps, views are average but nice to take time out and suitable for kids.

I'm so glad we found David and the team Barrowman Goodman when we moved to Rotorua last year. A someone who has previously worked in animal care I have high standards when it comes to my own pets and the team at Barrowman Goodman exceeded them at every turn. We've since moved away but if my pets needed specialist care, I'd probably drive the back to Rotorua.

Was welcomed by a lovely receptionist who was very accommodating. They had awesome staff who were thorough and who I could tell would go the extra mile for my furbabies!

This place has been recommended to me by a good friend and they did not disappoint. From the very first phone call to make an appointment to the minute we had to leave after the checkup, you can just feel that they are very sincere and genuine and you can say that they are doing their jobs well. You can see how much they care for your pet even if they’d just met them. They’re very professional and I can’t stress this enough :) So glad we came to this vets place. We were attended by Dale (vet nurse) and Dr. Barrowman— job well done guys :) will be recommending this place to everyone!

Top notch team here. Very professional and most importantly to a first time pet owner, very informative and clear. Raw feeding is a specialty here although not for me it 2as interesting learning about the benefits.

The team at Barrowman Goodman Vets are outstanding! I have a cat that for many years has struggled with Cystitis. On the last year it started getting so bad he had reacurring blocking back to back and it was costing me $800 and up each time and continuous medication inbetween not including the specialised dietary requirements, we nearly had to make the hard choice of putting him down because all the pain was no life for any animal but in a last ditch attempt i came here and spoke with the team she spent a good hour and more with me coming up with a treatment plan it was so scary for me because for 10years plus he had been on medicated food with tablets every day,every meal so going to have no meds was such a scary thought but i am so happy to report that there has been no reacurring episodes since he changed to the raw food not to mention he looooves it. We also had my big puppy who has some big issues with anxiety with new people fixed here and straight off the batt anna knew he was nervous abd she got on the ground with him and made him feel comfortable. Ive never experienced that anywhere else. They are really great people here and they really do care about your pets. I dont feel its all about the money i feel they genuinely care about you and your pets. Best vet in town o and we also brought our little but old kitty here and she was very happy to let david handle her usually she cries and scratches but she was so placid! You guys are amazing and we appreciate you. Thank you for saving our kitty.

Truly amazing service from Anna and her team. Poor Ted had an eye problem that our regular vets couldn't fix. I simply cannot put in words how much it meant to us that our fur baby was in such capable hands, we had every confidence in Anna. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Customer service. Lovely team who genuinely care about our animals. My dog had a surgery with them and the communication was fabulous and the team were awesome with her. I highly recommend this clinic!

David and the team are really friendly and highly knowledgeable. Our little fella needed to have 'that' operation! I felt very comfortable leaving him with them during such a difficult time. Louie is a new dog now...just a couple of stone lighter!!. Thanks for looking after him so well.

I took my wee cat in for multiple hip surgery and a plated and screwed leg. David was incredible, very compassionate and was able to go above and beyond to help me out with my situation. Very accommodating. I was even able to text/call after he had come home if I had any worries/queries. I cannot recommend them high enough. Thank you for everything.

Anna is very caring and knowledgeable. Even though the news was devastating she was kind and thoughtful.

The Best Vets Ever!!!! - let me explain; My cat was desperately I'll so I rang the vets and begged for an appointment, jumped in the car and drove to the closest vets. Barrowman Goodman took me straight in and after an assessment went straight to work. It was not until I got home that I realised I had rung the wrong vet yat Barrowman Goodman took me straight in and treated me like a celebrity without even knowing I was on my way! Thank you THANK YOU Thank you, we love you all being a part of our Family 🐾

Amazing vets- amazing support through a very difficult time!

Very kind, caring and knowledgeable vets, with the advanced xray technology available I got a quick diagnosis, same with the blood test, having an on site machine made it much faster. Highly recommend Barrowman Goodman Vets
