S.After a terrible experience with my sick dog at another rotorua vet, I tried Central City and my experience could not have been more different. From the incredibly friendly and helpful front staff to the highly skilled and compassionate vet, I could not have asked for more. Have no hesitation in highly recommending this vet to everyone.
M.While visiting Rotorua, my 11 yr old dog became unwell. The clinic gave us an urgent appointment. Not only was his care and treatment excellent it was done with amazing compassion and kindness. I cannot recommend this Practice highly enough.
J.Wonderful vets, we travel 1, 3/4 hours just to see them.
R.Liz was awesome with my Honey, she took the time to let her relax, and feel comfortable, offered a cheaper option for what we were wanting done..and succeeded at the dreaded nail trimming without sedation and in a lovely comfortable setting.
Left feeling like we had been given special treatment, but I think this is just a testiment to the service this company provides.
Also a big thanks to the lovely lady on the desk who was so helpful and catered my needs whwn I booked in and on the day.

R.Open on a Saturday and treated our Labrador as a walk in appointment. Am super grateful as this was not our regular vet practice.... but will be from now.
L.Russell is amazing, he is kind and thoughtful and he is highly skilled. He has operated twice now on our British Bulldog that needed his corkscrew tail removed and he also has just had soft palate surgery. Both times Russell did an awesome job and his pricing is extremely fair. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and especially British Bulldog owners as he really knows the breed.
